It used to be really good, and now it's just constantly full of glitches and errors. Waste of money.

Please do not fall for this scam. It is unusable, glitchy, and can not edit absolutely anything inside "studio". Absolute lie, I've never seen that bad app, I wish you all the worst and hope no one will ever buy your subscription. You should be ashamed of yourself. Whole team should be ashamed what garbage are you promoting and scamming people all over the world. If i could give you 0 stars I absolutely would. You don't deserve even 0 star. Disgusting.

constant export errors, audio shifts even on 10second clips, there is no way to explain how frustrating the experience is. I need to deliver shorts to client, I only get issues day in and day out. Also the controls are clunky and page is painfully slow. Support just says "well...we'll fix it someday", it's over a year and they have not fixed a single issue. they just keep adding stuff and changing interface all the time and it works even worse now. It's a resource hog, i have i5 14600K with 32gb ddr5, rtx 5070 and nvme ssd 4TB, and while I edit videos that are 4K and multiple layers of FX and nosie reduction and color grading without an issue, this simple web page slows my pc to a crawl!

Ca fait deux ans que je l'utilise pour mes sous-titres.

Au début tout marchait bien, c'était parfait.

Puis a chaque mise a jour, des bugs apparaissent, tout devient de plus en plus long, de plus en plus complexes.

Par la suite et avec le tournant de l'IA qu'ils ont mis en avant, toute l'interface a changé rendant encore plus complexe l'import de vidéo et le fait de choisir ses propres sous-titres.

Et la pour être sûr de terminer ses clients, le site internet n'est plus disponible et ça se passe maintenant sur une application mobile.

Je dois donc passer d'un G9 Odyssey pour travailler à un smartphone ?

Very poor customer support. All my projects were deleted, and there was no real effort from support or service to help me.

Options bloquées dont clonage de voix pour les Android et les PC Windows..

Donc en gros si tu as pas l'iphone, tu payes le même prix mais tu as moins d'options.

Les effets, super le papier, la génération dans la vidéo une catastrophe, c'est très mal intégrée, bref essayez un autre outil

Not worth the money.

I only have problems with captions. Very hard to get a succesful result. does not really work with other Languages than English. I also have a hard time login in to their website. the don't send the login code. Just don't use the time. There is better alternatives for free.

Everytime they update this app, it gets more bloated and less useful. It is insane! Out of three uploaded videos today, I was able to get captions only on one of them, due to none of the videos loading at all. You can't click anywhere.

Instead of focusing on creating cloud supported cross-platform, they keep on pushing "AI creation" of the video and gen z influencer style video creating, that doesn't make any sense. Going back to good old Premiere Pro.

Frustratingly inconsistent across platforms.

This online service still doesn’t sync presets across your account... eight months later. That’s a basic expectation for any cloud-based tool.

Feature parity? Not even close. Desktop and Android versions are stripped down compared to iOS, yet you're paying the same price

Emoji support is glitchy, preset limits feel arbitrary, and customization options are needlessly restricted.

Worst of all, exporting videos results in laggy, choppy footage, I had to revert to an older version of their editor just to get usable output.

It’s baffling how a product positioned as cross-platform and cloud-based can miss the mark this badly.

This has been by far the worst app I ever use again. Do not use it. They just use AI to do all their work. This is a lazy company who is just trying to take money from your pockets. I tried contacting tech-support, but they leave me on read for hours clearly this app is run by money, hungry people.

nothing is generating due to censorship and regulations , the only thing you can generate is basic stuff about maybe gardening or flowers , don't even think about news , or opinions or about saying anything. this app won't let you use their Ai Avatars to talk about anything , especially politics , everything banned. Every text must be curated and must be in tune with the online narrative otherwise the ai won't work.

They are helpful when u get them via email. The chat bot help will get you frustrated. But so far so good, they are a promising company.

really good promess, falling short on the delivery side of things.... Saw a good add saying it was easy to create content with it, but i don't agree, i think the automated edits are very bad, no one in their right mind would post as-is after being generated, and i think the animations are very disapointing, espectially for a pricey membership.

Initially really liked it, I'm a videographer and I use this to simplify social media editing, I even opted for the pro option, but when I switched to a different computer it didn't save any of my projects or my templates and I had to recreate them all over again, and then I once accidentally clicked out of that window, all I did was log in again and it did the same thing, wiped all my saved templates and old videos. I don't want to part with caption.ai because it does offer a lot of options other caption softwares don't. But this was the last straw, I wanted to keep it because I use it for work and I've established a certain look with the captions, but since the only thing keeping me was the templates and they can't even properly save those or allow me to export them to have on multiple devices, it's not worth it.

Unfortunately I can't give them zero stars. Pro subscription is awful. You can create 6 videos and than they ask for more money while those 6 videos are not what you actually need. Waste of time and money.

Applicazione fantastica, impostazioni infinite di personalizzazione, difficilmente sbaglia sottotitoli, il costo di 69 euro all'anno è quasi poco per ciò che offre.

Non ho mai provato la versione pro, ma sono sicuro che sarà all'altezza.
