Caprican Homeware Solutions Ltd Omdömen 

Twice I have ordered through this company but through an online trusted seller like B&Q or Onbuy and twice they haven't sent my order. The first time they said it was shipped 48 hour with Royal Mail and a week later I hadn't received it so I contacted B&Q who were very helpful but then Caprican just cancelled my order and refunded me with no explanation. The second time through Onbuy they said they were waiting for some of my order to come through but didn't communicate this from the start. So I said I was happy to wait but you might want to let your customers know this so they know where they stand. Then again they cancelled my order a few days later. Shocking customer service, please avoid.

I’ve not even got my order after five days and I’m being asked for a review

PLEASE DO NOT BUY absolute rubbish sent faulty Rotary line .
Takes your money and will do nothing to help then wants you to pay £40 to return the 60cm Rotary line cost £39.99 B&q (DIY.COM) needs shooting letting sellers like this on there site disgusting on both sides please contact citizens advice and report them hopefully stop them selling.

Paid for next day delivery, took over a week to arrived. When it arrived it went to the billing address not the delivery address.
No one ever answers the phone so no point I trying.
Never use them again

Not good. Item ordered from B&Q. Had no idea it was coming from an external company up the other end of the country. The item sent out to me wasn’t what had been ordered and was huge. Was asked to send pictures (no option to do this through the form) and then to return said huge parcel back to the Glasgow address?! Instead I’ve taken it back to B&Q (great, petrol money for their mistake) and now refusing to refund until they receive it back from B&Q. It’s been going on for over a few weeks and I just want to forget about it!

Bamboo fence screening was not the best quality
Several broken pieces and the wire holding it together was also poor. I was replacing similar screening so I was expecting it to be better

5 Star service. I have never used Caprican before but was very impressed by the communication and customer service. I have received advice and suggestions and been kept up to date all the way though. My order was despatched and arrived safely all in tact.

All items now used and I would have no hesitation recommending this great business.

This company is a joke I had to ho pick up My mums fencining and they were not very nice do not order from there

Would not recommend.Very disappointed with service. I haven't even been able to contact anyone to request a refund on the extra fees for non existent next day delivery.
