Avoid - also trading as 'Monal Online' on Amazon. The worst customer service I have ever experienced from a marketplace seller on Amazon. Would give zero stars if I could. Claimed they had dispatched an order placed on 14/8 on 17/8 -did not arrive. Then claimed they had sent replacement - after I said I was ordering elsewhere & requested refund. Tracking details on 'replacement' exactly the same as original tracking details. Very curt and wasted hours following this up with no apology from seller. Finally delivery arrived 27/8 which I do not need. Will not attempt to return as many customers have issues with payments for returns to Monal as well.

Ordered 2 items via B&Q website, received one item but not the other. Payment taken for both items but no info about second item being despatched. Rogue company, do not use. B&Q should not be using this seller on their market place.

Avoid this rogue company at all costs, only given 1 star as no option to leave any less...the other reviews say all there is say! Refusing to refund a lampshade which arrived damaged and bent, wrapped in no more than a black liner! The rudest company I have ever dealt with. Purchased via Amazon who are no better at dealing with customer complaints. Stick to the high street....see exactly what you're getting!

Order never arrived, ordered through b&q marketplace, customer service is dire. Will never buy anything from this company again. Now waiting for refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS USELESS COMPANY!

I made an order on b&q, the order was immediately cancelled and marked as “returned”. Ok, perhaps there was a technical issue or stock issue.
I re-ordered the items , only one was delivered. When I raised this issue, they were incredibly unhelpful and obstructive. Accusing me of lying. I have escalated this as a complaint, and I am at present still out of pocket for the item not delivered. Avoid if possible. B&q should remove them as a vendor. .

Ordered through B&Q and after waiting 7 days I received a refund notification with the reason given as "Customer changed mind", which was completely untrue. I contacted them to chase up what was happening, but only received a "refund issued" message, with no explanation of why we didn't receive our order. We will be shopping elsewhere and will also think twice about ordering through B&Q while they are using this supplier.

CANNOT GIVE NEGATIVE STARS, CAPRICAN/MURIELS GLASGOW ARE A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME..... TRYING TO GET A REFUND FOR ITEMS 'TRACKED' BUT NOT SENT OR DELIVERED, KEEP GETTING THE SAME REPLY FROM THEM TELLING ME HOW TO 'RETURN' ITEMS OR BEGIN A 'REFUND', CANNOT BE DONE DUE TO THE INCOMPITENCE OF THE 'STAFF' (NOT REMOVING THE TRACKING (NOT SENT OR DELIVERED)), SENDING THIS INSTRUCTION, NOT ONCE, NOT TWICE, BUT SEVEN TIMES. WHOEVER IS REPLYING AT THEIR END NEEDS TO UNDERSTAND BASIC ENGLISH, ABSOLUTELY THE WORST OUTFIT EVER FOR ME TO HAVE DEALT WITH, STEER WELL CLEAR FOLKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I experienced difficulties getting my items.
Which I ordered 14th September 2025.
Despite emails being sent from me to them. The best they could do was send a tracking number. Which I already had. This number told me items not sent.
GASLIGHTING comes to mind!
I was entitled to a refund which I requested several times it was not given.
MY HARD EARNED MONEY !
My items arrived today 13:30 hrs after much hassling of this company for MY MONEY to be refunded.
I really wanted a refund of which I was entitled to.
DISGUSTING Service and attitude.
No recommendation from me. One star is one too much.

Same problem as many people who have made the mistake of ordering via the B&Q marketplace and ended up with Caprican. I had notification from Caprican that my order had been despatched via Royal Mail, but the tracking number shows that Royal Mail have not received it. Misleading in the extreme. Have contacted Caprican and B&Q for a refund.......watch this space for an update

Do not order from them. I haven’t received my order via B&Q website yet I’m unable to contact a person.
I’ve had 7 emails all sending the Royal Mail tracking info - it’s just a frustrating loop.

When delivered, the order was found to be incomplete. (50% missing).

Ordered item through B&Q. It has not been delivered. When contacted through B&Q website all I get back, 8 times so far, is the same identical message that the item was delivered at such time on such date. I have constant CCTV operating and it confirms no delivery was ever made. Do not use this B&Q Market Place company

Item never arrived - ordered nearly 3 weeks ago. You said you had sent to Royal Mail so order completed. They are still waiting to receive it 2 weeks later.
Taken up a dispute through credit card.

Beware potential scam company ! Apparently a B&Q verified seller !Thought I was ordering directly from B&Q! Item ordered did not arrive couldn’t track through Evri courier as it doesn’t seem like they’ve received it. I have rang B&Q who has escalated the complaint! Tried messaging seller to enquire where my order is. Had several messages back , initially saying that wasn’t what I’d ordered! I replied with screen shot of order as proof! Then had another saying that it has been delivered, which it clearly hasn’t. Then a very glib message “will look into it tomorrow”😤. Ridiculous . Will be calling B&Q again to request full refund.

My purchase is good value and quality . My delivery was slow though taking several days longer than it should.

Ordered 2 lampshades 1 month ago and despite numerous phone calls and 2 emails, nothing has been responded to.
Will be raising a dispute with Barclaycard.

Product ordered was a liquid, which leaked in the post, because the bottle tops were loose. Phone is not being answered to discuss the matter.

Fantastic experience with Caprican! I ordered some lighting and a rug, and the entire process was seamless. They kept me updated every step of the way, and my items arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The quality is top-notch, and their free UK mainland delivery is such a bonus. False advertising. The nonslip plastic hallway runner is so slippery it can't be used.
I have been sent the same automated response for all correspondence.
I've sent several emails asking for the returns procedure and complaints procedure. I only get one response. Return it in the original condition.
This was through B&Q, be careful to check the reviews of companies they use. It made me wary of even buying in store from B&Q.
