Wonderful day at Caple studio

Had an experience day with Jo and Andrea — what an informative and enjoyable day! The food was fantastic, and it was great to see the products in action. I’m very impressed with the brand as a whole; there’s so much to offer clients when upgrading their ovens.

We only needed a head for our kitchen…

We only needed a head for our kitchen extender tap. However the kitchen was purchased 8+ years ago and we thought that the part might be obsolete. Emma sent me the link with the part within minutes & it’s now en route. The process could not have been simpler. Thank you

Great aftersales service

I can't praise Caple enough for their after sales service (and obviously their kitchen products). I was helped with a warranty matter by Chan, who couldn't have done more to understand and resolve my problem, promptly and courteously. Im a very happy customer

Multiple appliances failed in short time

Extraction hood lasted 1.5years until the fancy control panel stopped working. Warranty claim for repair was a painful process with 3 attempts of repair until they approved control panel replacement. Then the induction hob burned out sending horrible smell in the kitchen. No warranty, obviously and been replaced by other brand. Waiting for the oven and fridge to pack it up so I can finally get rid of caple appliances on my kitchen. Not my choice, kitchen designer.

Hi Marcos, We’re sorry to hear you’ve been disappointed with your experience. Having reviewed our records, we can see the appliances were originally supplied in February 2022, which would make them over 4 years old and therefore outside of our warranty period. We can also see that we attended regarding the hood in late 2023, where replacement parts were fitted across two visits to resolve the issue.
We haven’t received any further reports since then regarding the hood or other appliances. If you are currently experiencing issues with any Caple products, please do contact our Customer Care team directly and we’ll be happy to look into this further for you! Caple

An expensive purchase

I purchased an extractor fan filter which in itself I thought to be expensive but when the exorbitant postage cost was added it became a very expensive transaction. The filter arrived quickly which presumably explains the cost but I didn't need express delivery and would rather pay have paid less.

I would like to leave a review to highlight the excellent service I received.
My experience with Caple was outstanding from start to finish. When an issue arose with my dishwasher, the level of customer care I received was exemplary. Chan Singh, based in Caple Service Bristol, handled my case with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine attentiveness.
Chan listened carefully to my concerns, responded promptly to all communications, and ensured I was kept fully informed throughout the process. He followed up consistently via email and phone, demonstrating a strong commitment to resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
Thanks to his dedication, the matter was resolved smoothly and without unnecessary delay. His proactive approach and attention to detail made a significant difference to the overall experience.
Chan Singh is an absolute credit to Caple. It is rare to encounter such a high standard of customer service, and his professionalism and work ethic are truly inspiring.

Disappointing experience with Caple…

Disappointing experience with Caple after a £5k kitchen upgrade

Purchased over £5,000 worth of Caple appliances during a complete kitchen refurbishment, hoping to support British manufacturing. I’d always bought Bosch before, but decided to try Caple this time—and three months in, I feel compelled to share real-life feedback.

Extractors (black glass under cooker 900 & 500 units):** extremely happy with these. quiet and powerful performance, no issues.

Integrated full-larder freezer:** no issues, although as expected the drawers are a bit small for a built-in integrated unit.

Hobs (86cm Gas On Glass Hob, 5 Burner, Black):** no major issues; not used heavily due to a smaller side kitchen with a 2-ring hob of the same model. However, the black coating on the iron crossovers peeled away after first use, exposing the raw metal finish.

Major issue — built-in fridge:** this item continuously cracks and pops at all times during the day and night. clouds forming from ice expansion around the center section—driving us crazy. It’s incredibly annoying and far from acceptable for a premium appliance.

I contacted Caple customer support on 10 April 2026. My email was ignored, so I chased again on 20 April and received a single-sentence reply from Chan Singh:
“Good afternoon. Thank you for your email. Having reviewed this I can confirm this is just systems noise of the fridge. Any other queries let us know. Regards, Chan.”

I expressed my concern that the fridge noise needs investigation since it’s ongoing day and night and doesn’t seem like normal operation. No explanation, no reassurance, nothing further. I received no follow-up until I chased again. Then Chan asked for a video to investigate further, but Caple refused to send out an engineer to examine the appliance.

This level of customer service is utterly unacceptable for a premium-priced product. After spending a substantial amount, I expected responsive, proactive support and a proper investigation into a potentially design-related issue. Instead, I feel brushed off and frustrated.

If Caple wants to stand by its products and justify its price point, the following would help restore confidence:
A timely, substantive response to defect reports (not one-off, generic notes).
A guaranteed engineer visit to assess and resolve the fridge issue where needed.
Clear communication about potential design or manufacturing concerns and steps being taken.

For now, I’m left with a sense of disappointment that extends beyond the fridge to the overall service experience. I hope Caple takes this feedback seriously and makes concrete improvements so future customers don’t endure the same frustration.

out of warrant dishwasher

I had issues with my out of warranty dishwasher and replacement parts were offered at a reduced cost which I was happy with.

Fridge Freezer !!

My integrated Caple fridge/freezer had been a cause for concern for some time with foods spoiling. Initially anything close to or touched the back wall of the fridge were extremely wet and had to be thrown. The problem continued with foods now being frozen even on the minimum setting. The store I bought it from (less than 2 years ago) said it was out of guarantee! I contacted Caple and they confirmed it was covered under warranty for 2 years. Caple sent out an engineer who confirmed the unit had broken down and beyond repair. They agreed to collect the old unit and fitted a new unit (via Kaboodle). Thank you Caple and Kaboodle for your services. I look forward to having a working fridge/freezer once more. Would recommend Caple’s customer service without hesitation.

I needed a replacement tap lever

I needed a replacement tap lever. I had the taps for a few years but I contacted Caple and they dealt with the issue and had a replacement sent out within a week free of charge. I can’t praise their customer and service team enough.

When I emailed I had a response almost immediately. Emily Walsh sorted my problems straight away and it's a long time since I have seen such courtesy and efficiency in correspondence! Nowadays this kind of response and approach is unheard of!
