Amazing experience. Price was competitive and the service provided was outstanding. Erica went over and beyond to fit the installation before my baby was due, and she even helped organising the scaffolding for me. The installers were polite, respectful and quick. A year in, and everything works smoothly. Highly recommended.

From the beginning to the end.

Very happy with the service I got from CapCool. I emailed a bunch of companies about a single-room aircon install, and most of them didn't even bother to reply. CapCool responded really quickly, asked me to send them a video of the room I wanted it installed in. With this they gave me a price which I was happy with. They took their time on installation day and did a quality job - no slap-dash rush job, or dodgy on the day antics to up the price. Just good quality service from enquiry to installation. I've already recommended them to a friend.

From the beginning, Capcool were professional, honest and very communicative. Mohammed came do a survey on the same day we contacted him and he was very generous with his time - spending 45 minutes assessing our house as some of our walls are on a weird angle. He was realistic and very reliable - not like other companies who try to upsell you or are not forefront about the risks. We felt in very safe hands.

Mohammed and Farhan fit us in really quickly and managed to get the work done in one day, and during a pretty hot day. The units are great, the finish is perfect and we’re incredibly happy with our choice. I really feel they went the extra mile for us.

We recently had CapCool install a new air conditioning unit at our Battersea branch, and we couldn't be more impressed with the service. From start to finish, the team was punctual, professional, and incredibly efficient. I wasn’t too sure if I was making the right choice after, somebody had over spoken about having air-conditioning unit put in my house due to I have a nine meter extension, I decided to give it a go after I saw the unit on the wall and how it was done put on the wall trunking on the outside of the house on the side of the wall outside totally hidden you can only see the unit it was a excellent job outstanding brilliant. I will definitely recommend This company that has done a brilliant job. Capcool air-conditioning I’m so happy with it. I can’t at any more then outstanding job? Well done.

From survey to install and beyond my experience was great with Capcool. Each member of the team is really knowledgeable and experienced and guided my through the full survey and install with expert advice and guidance. They are also affordable for a top quality installation. 5 stars.

I was very happy with the service I got from Capcool recently - who installed two AC units in my property.

The engineers came promptly at the time they stated and the survey and installation was done under a week. They were very professional and friendly and cleaned up after themselves.
Once the air conditioning units were installed, they spent time explaining how they work and how to get the optimum settings for my home out of them.
