What a fn joke of a company. Run,find another company. Horrible group. Ship to wrong address then want the wrong address to ship to me. RUN. FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!!!!

Great company and easy to use site! I love how my wall display looks in my living room. Image quality is great, the canvas feels sturdy and was incredibly easy to set up once it arrived! Will use again!

I was very pleased with the outcome. One thing, the picture looked a little darker on the canvas than it did in the photo, but was still pleased with the results.

I selected this company to print a very important picture, based on an online advertisement. They not only described their quality operation and expedited handling, they showed the actual printing and framing process. Unfortunately, this was not what I experienced.

I placed my order and could never get a meaningful status on its progress. I called and emailed but never got anything except a generic message that my order was "in process."

Finally, after a month of waiting and nearly getting my bank involved to get my money back, the print arrived at my home. I would say the picture quality itself was acceptable, but the framing and stretching was cheap and poorly done. The frame is too thin and the mounting was very poor.

This company could improve dramatically by being honest with their customers about the status of their orders. However, this would still not overcome the cheap quality of their work. For canvas based photo print, research and find a reputable, quality vendor.

Prices are fair.
Product arrived in a timely manner.
Product quality exceeded by expectation.
Would use again and would highly recommend.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. I opted to switch from Shutterfly simply because Canvasprints had custom sizes. They make you pay extra for proofs and they are SUPER SLOW and NONRESPONSIVE. They left me a message to call them with an email address to send me a proof. WHY DON'T THEY JUST GET MY EMAIL FROM THE ORDER??? Now no one is answering their phones or emails, and I haven't received the proofs much less the prints. This seems like a small shop that is taking on too much with too few employees. I will never use them again, and am working through my credit card company to get a refund since NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE AT CANVASPRINTS. I only gave them a star because there is no way to give them zero stars.

High quality, beautiful canvas prints. I got them for Christmas gifts for friends and family and they loved them!

I greatly dislike this company. Ordered a canvas December 17 for a Christmas present. I emailed December 29 during the night asking about the order, since I hadn’t received shipping confirmation. I then saw a “reminder” that orders require 7-10 BUSINESS days for processing, something I obviously was unaware of and don’t think was on any page I viewed during my order. My girlfriend ordered a very similar product from collage.com around December 17 and the order was less expensive and was RECEIVED within five days. The reviews on this company on THIS site are around 65 percent negative. The reviews on the company site are, oddly enough, overwhelmingly positive. I strongly recommend you use a different company.

I have ordered canvas prints before but the prints I ordered through this company were beautiful and so much clearer and richer in color than other prints I’ve gotten. Also their customer service was great and I got my order before Christmas as promised. This is where I will be ordering all my prints in the future! Thanks again

Had a file exchange and even with the Holiday rush, they still gave us exceptional service and kept us in the look through the process.

One of the worst experiences of my life. Ordered December 4th. No communication other then promotional offers. No Tracking information. Received a call from another customer on December 27th that they received not only our order but a invoice with all of our personnel information. Still no communication from this company except a refund of 10% of the total order. Still no product. We have reached out to Credit Card Company to let them know about fraudulent activity. Unbelievable. So pissed off right now.

I loved my canvases!!!!! I got one of our pets for our home and gave a friend a picture of their new baby. We both love them!

I ordered my canvas for my Sister in law for Christmas and it turned out great! The colors are slightly darker than the photo but that was to be expected. All in all, it's a great present for the sentimental people in your life!
