I never received my wooded frames.
I never received my wooded frames.
Apparently they were damaged during shipment and UPS said they notified you about the damage. I never received them, UPS did not deliver the damage frames. Their office stated they contacted the sender, CanvasLots regarding the situation. This was on March 5, 2026. It is now March 23, 2026 and I have not heard back regarding resending frames that I have paid for and not received.

Mixed feelings
I received the gessoed panels that I ordered. They were in perfect shape. Canvas Lot delivered them within the timeframe advertised. All good with that shipment.
However, in an earlier shipment of four canvases, three of them were stretched tight and a fourthâ25% of the orderâwas stretched too loosely. The canvas was buckling, I saw ripples across the surface where it should have been flat and tight.
This has made me cautious about buying canvases from Canvas Lot.

I have purchased four 40âx30âx2â birch wood panels and each one has been made superbly. They were unprimed, which suits my needs. I will be ordering larger formats of birch wood, as they are the best surfaces to create mixed media artwork, which is my main focus. CanvasLot is the best place.
