Even tho I had an issue with the canvases they refunded my money and let me keep them once they showed up. They also gave me a discount for my next order. Great customer service

I spent $300 on a canvas that I still haven’t seen. It’s been a month. I’ve tried contacting them three times nobody responds. Nobody bothers.

I am a happy customer. The stretchers and canvas are of high quality and even the shipping crate was extra sturdy. Very professional operation!

Update- the canvases were scheduled for delivery 8/4. The freight company reached out to schedule this .
I waited at home half the day to receive the delivery. Reached out to them midday to find it had been rescheduled for 8/6- but no one bothered to tell me. This morning, I looked up the tracking information online to see that it’s been rescheduled again for 8/7. Again no update. So they were content to let me take 2 days off work to receive a package they knew would not arrive. I also learned that canvaslot lied about the shipping - the freight company said they didn’t receive it until 7/27 and canvaslot told me they sent it out 7/24. 3 days may not seem like a lot but it was to me. At this point I have no time left to actually paint the canvas by the deadline.

It’s been 2.5 weeks since i ordered. It’s impossible to get ahold of them and when you finally do they give you the runaround. I’ve been told multiple times that my order would be shipped out but have still not been provided tracking info. I requested a refund last week since I’m on a tight deadline but instead was lied to with promises my order would go out.
2.5 weeks, no shipping info, no product . What a mess.

Never got back to me on the wrong order . Contacted the company 3 times

The product is excellent - great canvas quality built on sturdy stretcher bars. Unfortunately, it took a while for the canvases to be shipped.

I have ordered from this company a number of times for custom pieces. The turnaround is very reasonable and they always come packed well. I will order more from them when I need cradle panels in the future.

They are great. Only issue is sometimes, the canvas gets loose after a while and is harder to paint on

The two 24" x 24" gessoed wood panels I received seem well-made. Unfortunately I can't use them because the sides were gessoed as well as the surface. I don't recall in their online description that the sides would be gessoed. So, an expensive purchase for something I can't use.
