Unhappy of service footprint photo book
I started a photo book 3 times took me hours and hours , first 3 times it took me be half lost , even though I updated everything and your help desk was not helpful , only 1 staff member and apparently couldn’t help me either ….i asked someone to call me no one did , a reply to my email saying we will get in touch with you no one did , in the end I cancelled book and went somewhere else .
I’ve had some photos put on canvas with you and it’s all been great , but this time I was very disappointed with the service

Super simple to order. I did it from my phone in Lima airport, Peru while waiting in transit.
