I apologise for the caps,BUT DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. THEY ARE NOT IN NEW ZEALAND. THEY WILL LIE THAT THEY ARE US BASED AS WELL. ITS IN INDIA. NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT, BUT THE LIES JUST MOUNT UP. I ORDERED PERSONALISED PLAYING CARDS. THINKING A MONTH IS COOL FOR A NZ ORDER, I WAS SHOCKED AT IT BEING IN IMDIA. I WAS ASSURED IT WUD GET HERE BY THE DATE( end if jan) NOT SO. IT ARRIVES AND THE MORONS HAVE PUT THE WRONG IMAGE ON IT. THERE WAS AN IMAGE ATTACHED THAT ACCIDENTALLY WENT THRU BUT I CONTACTED THEM WITHIN-SECONDS TO NOT USE THAT, BUT GUESS WHAT, THEY DID. I WAS TOLD A PROOF WUD BE SENT, BUT GUESS WHAT, NO PROOF WAS SENT, WHEN I ASKED WHEN THE PROOF WAS COMING, OH WE DONT SEND PROOFS!!! FOR A PRINTING JOB, IS THAT NOT RIDICULOUS! NEVER EVER TRUST THESE MOFOS AGAIN.
Damaged print
I had a problem with a delay in the delivery and the print itself was damaged when it arrived. The company responded to me promptly. They offered to redo the order at no cost or provide a full refund.
I was happy with the outcome.
Misleading website and information…
Misleading website and information printing is not done in New Zealand at all. I have very little faith and have requested order to be cancelled immediately. Will remove review once transaction has been finalized.
Quite unbelievable..
Quite unbelievable... Placed an order over two weeks in advance, no word.
On enquiring by email, no response.
Followed up the next day with a phone call; the business is actually run out of India, not NZ! The representative advised he would follow up my order and if it were not in progress would discount and refund 25% for both orders I placed. Okay, that’s great I thought. But as I explained to him, I still need to know when these orders are expected to be completed and delivered as they were gifts (very late gifts now!)
He advised to call back up to 48 hours later if I didn’t receive updated order details. I phoned 48 hours later and I enquired again, he said the orders hadn’t been started still!
I asked for a full refund.
He said he would check with his manager and l would need to call back in 24 hours to give him time to correspond.
12 hours later a refund for both orders was provided, but short by about $4 for each order...
So, after a complete muck around, no gifts for my loved ones, having to chase this company for details and down approx $8, I would say I’ll never use this lot again!

I ordered custom cutting boards as a party favor for my small celebration. From the start there were problems: The order shipped a week later than quoted in the confirmation and I was not given any notification or estimates. I had to reach out to them via chat and agents were not giving me correct information. When the boards arrived I had 2 less than I ordered and that was the least of the problems. half of them smelled, I mean reeked so much so that we had to open windows/doors to ventilate our small apartment. Then they weren't uniform at all. It looked like they made them out of random wood they found lying around different places. Then we found that if you wash them with soap and water (per the instruction on canvas champ site, the wood changes color and does not return to it's original color. I emailed customer service after being instructed to do so by their agents via chat. I received NO response.
Then I escalated the issue via Paypal (with pics and screenshots) and they responded within 24 hours with a copy pasted template where they told me to email them with pictures of my items in broad daylight. I got a refund pretty quickly (from PayPal!) but not before having to shell out almost 80 bucks to ship their defective merchandise back. All in all I lost about 50 bucks in the transaction, but at least I learned a valuable lesson. It was not until after I placed the order that I searched a little beyond Trust pilot and saw the flood of bad reviews for this place.
I will never order from here again.
Product ordered never arrived
I have contacted the company twice about an order and requested tracking info to no avail- thought I was ordering from an Nz company but now see that is a lie- if I had known about trust pilot before it would have saved me loosing my money.
Misleading business practices
Despite claiming to ship domestically in NZ, my order was outsourced to India and did not arrive on time. Worst of all, they never bothered to communicate this to me. I had to request tracking info (which they did not provide, likely to hide the scam). I then had to complain multiple times. Do not believe their website. The "guaranteed" shipping time is a lie. This is not a delay due to Covid, which is both understandable and expected. This is just another company lying to make money.

This was my first order with frameshop and I was so impressed with every aspect of the experience. Website was easy to navigate, product range was extensive and my very good quality frames were delivered in 2 days. Fantastic
You will be taking a risk using this CanvasPrint.
Update: since posting this review, Canvas Print have emailed me advising me that they will refund my money and requesting in return that I remove this negative review, I will not remove it but I have added 1 star for returning my money. 2 stars out of 5.
1star for deliver time being accurate and 1 star for eventually returning money owing to the customer.

I dont trust Canvas Champ for the following reasons:
1. Their production happens in India, their website deceptively has a local address.
2. The quality of the work produced is poor.
3. I paid for hardware installation on my art prints (hanging wall attachments on backs) which I paid $13 each for. The products arrived without them. Due to gallery exhibition deadlines I had to courier the prints straight to the gallery and they will have to arrange the hanging themselves. I wrote to canvas champ on the same day. It took them 5 days to reply asking for photo evidence, I explained that their request comes too late and that the prints were no longer in my possession to which I recieved this reply "Dear Customer

No refund for the service they didnt provide... leaving me $53 out if pocket.
That, to me, is theft.
4. They ask for a trustpilot review on their website before you have even purchased the products, at which point you have had no experience of their customer service. This is how they get so many 5star reviews! Because the buyer hasnt even finished the full transaction to truly know how bad their customer service is!
Impressive quality canvas prints
Last month It was birthday of my younger son and i had been looking for printing some of his birthday photos on canvas. I pick up Canvas Champ from 2-4 top search results of canvas printing websites in New Zealand. I am pretty impressed with the materials and on time delivery. They have estimated about 7-10 days of shipping but my product was arrived within 5 days. Packaging and the service they providing are just amazing. I will surely try for one more order for printing one of my wedding photos on canvas.
