Great service

One of the canvases I ordered was bowed and broken on the cross frame. It was unusable. A refund and apology was given quickly and efficiently by Zoe. Thank you for the brilliant customer service and I will definitely order from canvas store again!!!!👍🏻

I have purchased this product from other suppliers as well as Canvas-Store and it is always of good quality. The price is reasonable if a little more expensive than another supplier (however, they were out of stock at the time I needed this item). The only issue I have with my purchase is the lack of information regarding delivery. I appreciate that the supplier of this product ships directly and therefore Canvas-Store has little or no control over the process. That said it is a little frustrating as a customer to be left in the dark regarding delivery times, hence the 4 star review. I have to say that (Zoe) at Canvas -Store was very good and her customer service skills were appreciated. When delivery was communicated, DHL delivered quickly and on time. Overall, a good experience that could be better if their suppliers were a little more on the ball.

Good prices, prompt service, well packaged

Amazing customer service. I made a schoolboy error while ordering, and my payment method entered an old address for shipping. I didn't notice immediately, when I did I emailed the store who immediately redirected one of the packages and provided me with tracking details for the other (through RM). This one proved impossible to divert but was returned to sender, they then reshipped it to the correct address and basically refused to let me pay the extra shipping! Bear in mind this is all because of a mistake on my part, they weren't obliged to help at all yet have gone above and beyond to ensure I received my order.
This is, for me, when you discover what the seller is actually made of, and many fall short. Not this one though, I would unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone who needs art equipment. A cutting edge modern company with old school values and customer service, rare combination indeed.

Easy to order and quick delivery

Very nice canvas and good company. The only problem was with transport, as the box with 5 linen canvases was broken, but luckily the canvases were not damaged. However the note should be taken about protecting and better packaging.!

My order arrived safely and the quality of the canvas boards I received I was very pleased with. My only negative was that the delivery had taken a week but I am overall really happy with what I received and will be ordering again.

I was looking for another supplier, as my previous one was retiring. Canvas -Store had my product same quality and at a competitive price. So all good and will use them again. The only issue was that the tube was delivered without one of the plastic ends on, but the product was undamaged and safe. Maybe reinforce the packaging?
