Candy's Cupcakes Omdömen

Ordered 6 Toy Story cupcakes they was absolutely amazing in both quality and taste. They was delivered next day and came all lovely and well packaged. Thank you 😊

Easy. Arrived perfect and just as I expected. Tasted yum.thank you. Will use again.

I love these cakes in a jar they are gorgeous packed to the rim with flavour I have purchased from CC's a few times now and I will keep going back love them 🥰🫶

It was my first time ordering a Candys cupcake, it was for my daughter‘s 15th birthday and if I’m honest, it wasn’t the best experience given the amount of money it cost. I was disappointed as I’ve heard good things about them, the concept was good. Delivery although not your issue wasn’t great the Box has just dumped upside down outside my front door when they found I wasn’t in (even though it did say this way up on the Box 🤦🏼‍♀️). Once opened the cake itself had a random candle pushed into the icing, it wasn’t one of the candles I’d ordered. It was just an additional mess up, it did crash the icing on that corner, so we chose to leave the candle in when presenting the cake as a design feature LOL. The cake itself was a bit tasteless despite being chocolate sponge, and the icing was incredibly sickly and too thick in parts. The kinder Bueno pieces of chocolate on top. (I’d ordered a kinder version.) if I’m honest, we will stale. The thing that was nice was my daughter‘s reaction when she saw I’d got her kinder cake and the way it looked with all the candles on as it is a nice size. Wasn’t very impressed won’t be ordering again. But wasn’t terrible.

Beautiful cakes - they look amazing and taste amazing! Brilliantly packed, so they arrived looking in perfect condition. Also they arrived on the date requested! So overall, an excellent experience with Candy’s Cupcakes! Many thanks for making two special occasions even more special.

Delivery was fast and well packaged .
I rate these 5*

Very easy and arrived on time and packed brilliantly. Tasted great, ordered them for our wedding and guests loved them.

Ordered these for my dad's 80th birthday. And they were delivered to another village. Contacted the company and the reply i got was we delivered to them. Which is fine but you did not deliver to my address as in my purchase contract. So disappointed by the lack of customer service.....first time using the service...and wont be rushing to order again......

Great service and cupcakes were yummy 😋

Ordered cupcakes for my son’s birthday 3 years running now. I always go for the personalised ones which I can custom with what ever theme I want. So far it’s been foot ball / cricket. They’ve never let me down. Order gets delivered when I’ve expected it to be. Kids always so happy to have a personalised cupcake to take home with them as part of their party bag. Will always use them.

Amazing cupcakes and delivery as requested.

The birthday cake I ordered was delicious.
When I needed to change the date of the cake's delivery, customer service was very helpful and were able to help me easily.

Wrong date and wrong address
Cakes were very dry and tasteless, all faff no substance.
Felt that there was more concentration on the packaging, rather than the effort on the cakes.
Felt very disappointed as this was meant to be a birthday gift that never arrived to the right person.
I wouldn’t recommend using this zero. Sorry

Really easy to use website. Ordered for my husband's birthday. Cakes were delicious, packed really well and kept perfectly! Will definitely use again and would absolutely recommend.

Great communication and absolutely delicious cupcakes when they arrived!!!
