Prime Order
So I ordered a bottle of prime but when it came in the post it was slightly damaged. I wasn't really happy as it was for a gift. I emailed Candy Cave and explained my case. I received a return email response very quickly from James assuring me that when the bottle left the store it was in perfect condition and that it was possibly a delivery issue. That being said James didn't hesitate in offering a free replacement. The gift was for our daughters confirmation and we needed it by the weekend. James had it posted out and it arrived to my door the following morning. In the pack was the bottle of prime I originally ordered along with another flavoured bottle of prime and a variety of American candies. We were so grateful and to say that our daughter was blown away is an understatement. I couldn't reccomend these guys enough for their efficiency, customer service skills and thoughtfulness. Thanks James & everyone at CandyCave
