Order #1906 - LA Lakers PRIME.
Item not yet received or sent out by Candy Cave. No response to emails or through the “contact us” page online, or Facebook messenger. Seems every other online retailer has this PRIME “In Hand / Ready to Ship” - I have no idea when to expect my order or when it’s finally been despatched. Payment has already been debited from my account since early July as bottles were a “Pre-Order”. Please send out or refund my order.

Hey David,
I tried looking for your order and do not have a David cox on the system did you use another name?
The reason you have not received the order yet is that we have not received the Lakers prime yet and won’t until Friday this week.
It is plastered all over the website that we would not have this in stock until mid September.
Irrespective of other retailers having this in stock , we are based in Ireland and have to ship the items from USA on release by sea so it takes a little longer for us to get them.
Sorry for the delay.
We have an automatic response on the emails about pre sales otherwise we spend our days answering questions from people that don’t read the release dates on the pre sales rather than packing orders.
Your bottle will be posted this week.

Great quality sweets and Drinks sold here at Candycave.
I bought a pack of Dweebs Cherry and Apple flavour sweets which were great but I got sent the wrong can of Coca cola I wanted the Cherry and Vanilla one but got sent the Vanilla one I know it was an easy mistake but it was a little annoying not getting what I wanted.

Massive Extortion with the price any one willing to pay over 15 for one drinks is one idiot, 20 euro for a bag of Cheetos loads of different shops for cheaper I order a lot of candy but this place one massive rip off so I’m a Karen cause I called ya out on your bull 💩 🤣🤣🤣 let’s start with prime as you said now look up the ingredients and now look up the lawsuits for prime I think you will find your self shocked. Second doesn’t matter if you bring them over here why on earth would ya expect any one to spend that amount of money on a drink that damages you. Prices can be more expensive but this is taking the P a bit of cop on is needed lots of customers at home after they eat it why did I pay that much did they come back again umm 🤔

Hey Karen , sorry I meant Kate it seems to me very strange that you would leave a review having not used or service or purchased a product.
Let’s start with a little economics lesson the prime we stock are limited edition flavours and bottles imported from the USA to get just one bottle into ireland costs upwards or €10.00 with Vat/shipping and duties hence only us and 1 other shop in Ireland stock the bottle’s.
The bottles you see in the likes of apple green ect are regular uk made bottles.
As for the Cheetos, as you were on the website looking for something to cry about I am sure you noticed all Cheetos are out of stock, again this is due to us shipping them from the USA however the wonderful European Union recently banned an additive called E110 (google it) that was in Cheetos.
So we are not actually selling Cheetos at all.
Your review is the equivalent of complaining about a restaurant menu after only just looking through the window.
We are sending out 100s of orders per month all around the world with lots of satisfied customers.
