My order of Kyle Larson Prime drink and other Prime drinks were cancelled. I got an email saying it will be fully refunded but after almost a month no money came back. Unfortunatly I got scammed.

I ordered from Candy Cave and paid in full, but I never received my order. Some of the items were pre-orders, but even after they had been in stock for a long time, my order was never updated or shipped. Been 1,5 months now.

I contacted the seller several times. Emails were ignored, and through messages he kept promising to send the items, but nothing ever happened.

Eventually I asked him to cancel the order, which he confirmed, but I have not received any refund. My messages are now ignored, and no resolution has been given.

I have reported this business to the authorities and to consumer protection. He takes your money, is condescending and never deliver. Strongly advise everyone to avoid Candy Cave.

Update: Says I’m texting him on his personal number when he texted me first from this number. How would I know that was his personal number. Also, as mentioned, e-mailed several times before texting, to no response. The items were in stock on the website for a good while before I checked up on the order. If you had sent me the order, I would not have to ask. I see you have several bad reviews, so I’m not the first one. Do better.

Amazing products , owner is really nice

Ordered a bottle or Prime for my son 2 weeks ago and have not recieved it. Money has been taken though. I have reached out by email and social media asking for tracking information. But no reply. Product was NOT on the pre-order list, it said it was in stock on the website. My child keeps asking me when its coming, its extremely
frustrating. Please issue a refund and update your customer service.

Took nearly a week to be delivered. When I asked the customer service they never replied to me

I've tried the French Vanilla and now the Snickers Creamers, omg I love them!! And super fast delivery too! Cant go wrong

James is so personable to deal with . He even messaged me when I bought extra creamers that were discounted owing to use by date to make sure I still wanted to buy so many and offered to send me one if I hadn’t used them all . I adore creamer and used to load up my suitcase coming home from NYC. That I can now get them in Ireland makes me so happy

One year ago I made an order that cost 201 euros the order number is #1797 and it hasn't arrived yet and i haven't gotten a refund

Nope, the Dubai Chocolate wasn't great, too much hype around this crappy chocolate, I'm happy that I didn't pay the full price 😁 but 15 is still not great. Anyway hope who is reading this have a wonderful day

PS the delivery was a lot longer that 2-3 days, and I live in Ireland 😆

Trustworthy place to get hard to get prime. Prices were decent and shipping was reasonable.

Dubai chocolate was disgusting and the foil it was in was taped together

Definitely wouldn’t order candy or anything of this website again. One of the crisps I received came damaged, kindly enough I didn’t go to refund it because it would have been a hassle. The prices on some items need fixing (lowering prices) but overall I’d rate it a 3 ish. Not to mention it did take a while to arrive.

If I could give more then five stars I would gladly, great tik tok shop and amazing customer service with great selection of products to keep a foodie like myself happy with those little treats and trending snacks to try. Will continue to buy from them, fast delivery. I loved the wax candy bottles , the spicy noodles and the Dubai chocolate next to try is the coffee creamers that I don’t see anywhere else they look divine.

Ordered Prime bottles and they never came. Suipping company said contact seller. Poor communication on seller part, after 3 months of waiting, still nothing and seller is not responding. Unfortunate as it seems like a good source for treats.

The flavour of two items were different to what I ordered but other than that it was ok

My items were not actually delivered and were sent to a post office quite far from me which is annoying as I will now have to spend more money to get it, Disappointed with the delivery. Will come back and leave a review once I get the items
