Lack of response
Surveyor went in about 2 weeks after paying for the service. After survey came back, I had a few questions (some just clarifications, other times said conflicting things) but didn't get a response from the surveyor/company which was disappointing

Top notch
Natalie Foot has been the star of this process - she's not only prompt and efficient but she makes you feel heard & super proactive. I have conducted two surveys and have recommended to others. The report is very detailed and easy to follow & their rating system has been handy. In the 5 surveys I and family members have carried out in the past two years, I can say C&C reports are of outstanding quality & coupled with the amazing customer service, I know I will be returning for any similar needs

Survey of property in Ruislip Manor.
Report seemed thorough. I have sent the report to my solicitor for her to review and check on the various suggestions made. I will also be asking for a second viewing to check the property more thoroughly based on the report.
I have sent an enquiry via email and hope to hear from the surveyor on that matter.

C&c did a very thorough job and got report back quick
C&c did a very thorough job and got the report back very quickly. Lots of details and photos. Communication was excellent at all times. Would highly recommend especially at the price they charge. I will add however that although C&c did their job thoroughly, I'm not sure that a survey, or at least a level 3, is worth it. There are too many things they (any surveyor) can't inspect properly and you are advised to seek experts such as plumbers, electricians etc.

Amazing
Amazing service from start to finish. I spoke to a lovely lady to enquire about quotes, I was ready to go ahead right then but she was not pushy at all suggesting I review the quote she will send by email and call back if I wanted to go ahead. I received the email within minutes of the phone call (other companies took hours). They were the cheapest quote I had been given!!!
My survey was booked earlier than the date I was told it would. They mention the report will be sent up to 5 working days after the survey yet I received mine in 1 day!! The report itself was detailed with plenty of pictures and suggestions.
Overall an incredibly quick service!

Easy and quick service
Fantastic service. Staff are very reliable and easy to communicate with. They were happy to help with any concerns and issues we had. I am very greatful to amount of through work out into the survey as it was very indepth and also included pictures. The report was completed in a timely manor and we were informed of the process throughout.
