buckles break easily

The problem with the backpack is once the buckles for the straps break from the wear and tear, you cannot replace them. This will render the bag useless and customer service will not respond. Got the backpack as a gift and now it's just trash.

Probably one of the best tennis bags ever!

I bought the Racquet Bag Voyager for myself as a birthday present and loved it as soon as it arrived. By coincidence, my friends had also bought me the same bag in the mint colour. While I was deciding whether to return one, my emails with Jack (or one of his team) were incredibly fast, kind, and supportive, whatever I chose to do. The bag itself is brilliant, lovely, durable, and waterproof. Although mine is black, the red ties give it a nice touch. I use it for two tennis racquets and one padel racquet, and I’m desperately hoping Cancha will bring out a bright-coloured padel cover next.
Several people at my tennis club have already asked where I got it. I genuinely hope more people buy from Cancha: the bags are strong and built to last, but it’s the customer support that lifts the company from ordinary to extraordinary. Good customer service is rare these days, and this team is a model for how things should be done.

Fantastic quality bags and great…

Fantastic quality bags and great service. I am a big fan of the brand after having seen them on Instagram and have a couple of their everyday bags. The material is premium quality and really durable and they just look great. Looking forward to some new launches!

Over promising or scam??

This company has a habit of over promising. I ordered my racquet pro tennis bag in Sep and expected to be shipped in October as the website stated.

However, the website changes the deliver date to November after couple of weeks. I started to follow up in November. All I have was a copy and paste apology letter with no real actions taken.

As it’s end of November now, the founder of the company send an email about shipping out the item by 11/25. The only thing I see is they created a shipping label at USPS.

Followed up with them and had no responses.

Order a cancha bag and cybertruck at the same time, Cyber truck might be delivered faster. Real disappointed about their ability of manufacturing bags.

I can confirm all pre-orders are in transit, but your USPS tracking number is not showing tracking details yet as it is waiting to be handed to USPS upon arrival in the US from an international courier.

this company has let me down

I’m sorry to say this company has let me down badly. I ordered and paid for a sling bag back in June. The delivery was for July. July came and went with no update. I started chasing in August. Dispite several emails no delivery date was forthcoming dispite the website still saying August delivery. I then cut an ensil saying it would be sept. Only a few days later a mail out saying October. I was offered a sample which I accepted but again despite a tracking code the item has not been sent showing no collection for 6 days. I’m badly disappointed and let down

Great bag Great Customer Service

I brought this bag on the back of my old bags zip going and a discount being associated with Active Away.

So very pleased I came across this brand bag. Easy to order, fast delivery, loved the personalised message after the delivery, amazing customer service and extremely happy with the voyager tennis bag.

Since then also brought the organiser for inside and attached day bag. The day bag I had a slight struggle with removing the clips to then attach but once I overcame this hurdle and attached it to the bag I have been so incredibly happy with the bag and holds all my tennis rackets and stuff. Very impressed thank you .
