SUPPORTIVE AND RESPONSIVE

I’ve been using this teaching service for a while now, and while I initially experienced some challenges, I’m happy to say that things have completely turned around. The team has shown a real commitment to improvement — they’ve been incredibly supportive, responsive, and professional in recent months.

What stood out most to me was how seriously they took my past concerns. Instead of brushing them off, they listened, followed up, and made meaningful changes. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the quality of their service and the experience of their students.

The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and skilled at adapting to different learning styles. I now feel more confident and supported in my learning journey than ever before.

I really appreciate the effort they've made, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others looking for a reliable and student-focused teaching service.

Excellent experience

I recently passed the Level 3 Award in education and training, i found that from start to finish the course was well managed with excellent course materials and assistance from the tutor when needed, Would definitely recommend Canary Wharf Academy Limited for anyone wanting to further there career with online learning.

I passed my AET Level 3 with the Academy

I used the academy to study for my AET Level 3. I found the course materials to be excellent and helpful and the advice and guidance I received when I asked was always forthcoming and encouraging. I feel it would have been helpful to have been able to submit individual modules for feedback via the portal as a matter of course, as well as submitting a physical portfolio. That said when I asked my tutor for feedback she was happy to provide this, was helpful and answered in a timely way. Overall it was a very good experience and I would like to thanks Rokshana for her assistance.
