CanaDream RV - Whitehorse Omdömen 

Nice and quick, friendly service

The rental station is easy to reach by bus from Whitehorse.
The handover and return of the camper went well.
We had a fairly new truck camper, so there was nothing to complain about. It was clean and we had no problems at all.
But we were missing a coffee pot, so we quickly bought a vacuum jug and took it with us to Germany.

The interior was ok. The only thing I have to criticize are the bed covers. It would be nice to have a fitted sheet for the mattresses. I had to do acrobatics every morning to straighten the sheets. It would also have been better - at least for us - to have two comforters instead of one large one.

Deposit for the truck camper: This deposit was booked correctly on the credit card, i.e. with currency purchase and 2.2% interest credit card. Normally this should only be fixed and not booked. Due to the back and forth booking, we ended up with a loss of over 60 euros. However, a 100% refund is guaranteed. I contacted my agency in Germany and they kindly refunded me the amount. This is for the information of all travelers who are not from Canada.

Local staff at Canadream Whitehorse were extremely helpful, flexible and accommodating.

We rented the camper for the Dempster. For the most part it was an excellent vehicle for our purposes

You have to pay for Explanation how things work in the RV. 75 dollar.

For example boon docking costs propane and you can not use the outlets. This information is in NOT in the video.

Service professionnel, gens sympathiques. Véhicule adéquat pour notre voyage. Tout fut parfait.

The camper truck was not cleaned properly. We then cleaned the windows ourselves. The inside table was unusable because it moved in all directions. First the design was justified conditionally. After we wanted to see a table in another camper, the table was replaced. Overall, the station in Whitehorse provided poor care. During the trip we had to refill DEF/Adblue (after consulting with Canadream), which could certainly have been avoided.

Tout s'est très bien passé pour la location de notre RV. La récupération et la dépose du véhicule ont été pratiques et le personnel a été accueillant. Il faut juste noter que l'agence de location de Whitehorse ne propose pas de service de navette pour l'aéroport (compter autour de 15$ en taxi).
Le RV en lui-même est confortable, pratique et tout était en bon état.

The camper was great, we did 5k and never had a problem, even tough some of the roads were very rough, taking it slow when necessary, and driving to conditions, camper was very comfortable,
Our only problem is the location of the depot to Whitehorse and they do not have the courtesy bus running, so we had to use taxi. Other than that all was good. Recommend Canadream and would definitely use again in Canada.

We had a new RV with full Equipment. It was great and we had very comfortable holydays. Thanks a lot.

Easy to rent a Camper with full equipment !

RV was exactly as expected. Everything worked great.

Better dish/glass ware. During travel they broke and we had to deal with glass and dish shards

Coffee pot only good when we were hooked up to power☹️

Although the staff was very, very helpful and curtious...they should know and experience the area that is around them and have information and knowledge to pass on to potential travellers.

The kitchen package needs to include a roasting pot or cookie sheet for the oven; there is nothing to cook with in the oven. Also, pots and pans should be upgraded to T-Fal or anything easier to clean then stainless steel. Very hard to cook with, burns everything on the pan instead of cooking.

Provide a proper dish soap; the dish soap has no suds and doesn't get rid of the grease of the dishes.

Other then those items, very clean and ample amount of towels, cutlery and dishes. Thank you
