We had our 4th 46 days rental from Whitehorse with Canadream. While on Mission Island in the NWT, the generator no longer started up. Followed instructions from Canadream but nothing helped. Canadream made an appointment with a specialist company in Hay River while we would be camping at Hay River. The verdict was that the generator needed to come out and stripped to define the problem, a job that would take several days. Canadream was going to try to find another compact RV to exchange somewhere. Arriving at Fort Simpson, we received a message another RV would be delivered at Fort Simpson from Calgary the next day. Indeed, around 2 pm another compact RV was delivered. Fort Simpson is almost 1.300 kms from Calgary! The driver left after we had transferred everything over back to Calgary! That's what I call excellent service!

We had an excellent experience with CanaDream in Whitehorse! The pickup process was incredibly fast and smooth, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Returning the RV was just as quick and hassle-free. Everything was well organized, making the start and end of our Yukon adventure completely stress-free. We really appreciated the outstanding customer service and would definitely rent from CanaDream Whitehorse again. Highly recommended!

The camper was in great condition, check in was simple yet still informative and I felt comfortable having never driven a truck camper before.

Unfortunately, we are locals from where we picked ours up and because of that were told "we assumed you had your own" for the items that were part of the paid booking (one set of bedding, absolutely nothing for the kitchen, etc..) we made sure we had read through what was included beforehand as it was quite expensive so wanted to enjoy every piece of what was listed and not use our own, we made it work but were disappointed at the assumption. Additionally the gas tank of the F350 was left at a half tank and I know you return as you found it but having to know what a half tank fill looks like in an engine that size was difficult. For the price I expected more but we had a great time nonetheless.

We had a wonderful experience with CANADREAM at their Whitehorse Yukon location. The motorhome was ready and in excellent condition. During our trip we had a unforeseen incident unrelated to the motorhome. The professionalism and tolerance experienced by the Folks in Whitehorse was beyond going the extra mile. Thanks again for your exceptional service, we will recommend you to anybody asking.

The check in at Whitehorse was very easy the staff were very helpful. I would certainly rent from them again.

Truck was awesome, camper was just OK. Table that transitions to a bed was broken the first time we used it. Whitehorse manager definitely a five star. Kitchen package was pathetic, but we got by.

The Ford F350 was quiet, comfortable and capable. It had good off road tyres with plenty of tread. The camper was well insulated, well equipped and comfortable. It handled the Dempster Highway without any issues and the blinds were great for blocking out the midnight sun. Our only issue was no GPS on the Ford, necessitating International Roaming and Google Maps.

Air conditioning in the camper truck we rented did not work and it was HOT and too dusty to open the windows

Very good, a bit slow because we were a small group arriving at a similar time. A bit more instruction on the basic how the computer on the car works. It is time consuming to scroll up and down the screen as we were not familiar with Ford 350 and there was not mentioned the adblue part as there is no adblue gauge inside the car.

Hi we enjoyed travelling in the Motorhome around Yukon and Alaska. Being able to stop for a coffee break or lunch on the go.
Having a toilet on board is handy
You meet alot of different people as you travel around.
The bed wasn't to bad either.
The seating in the Vechicle was good.
Certainly recommend hiring a Canadream Camper.

Good: Complete administrative process (reservation, information, instructions), range of rental options (limited liability, only a few routes restricted). Roadside assistance.
Bad: Vehicle (High beams were defective from the start and could not be repaired. Tires unsuitable for Yukon roads: 2 flat tires; of the 6 tires, 4 were eventually replaced during the rental period. Inadequate battery management (the refrigerator had to be turned off at night because it couldn’t draw enough power). The water pump malfunctioned at times.). Uninterested staff in Whitehorse

Although the check-in process on the website may leave some confusion, the actual check-in and check-out procedures are extremely simple and quick, with a very friendly staff on-site.
The motorhome (TCA Maxi Travel Camper) was perfect, extremely comfortable (for 2 people) and very well equipped. I would suggest to install a removable control unit for the heater, instead of a fixed one.A suggestion for improvement to the manufacturer / designer: the sink in the shower cabin is useless (small and too low) and takes un-necessary space that could be used to increase the shower/toilet space.

The vehicle was well prepared and we were soon on our way. Our trip of three weeks and 2,500km went fine as far as the vehicle was concerned.
I paid $50 for a detailed presentation of the vehicle but the person giving the presentation admitted that they were not familiar with it and could not explain all of its features. Nevertheless I learned enough to get started.
