Great RV, Great service!

Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, zowel bij ophalen als terugbrengen van RV.
Er is minimaal keukengerei, borden, kopjes, glazen, bestek.
De RV maakt veel lawaai tijdens het rijden.
De ruimte is ruim voldoende, zeker met de slide - out.

Toller Job des Canadream-Teams sowohl bei Übernahme als auch Rückgabe des RVs. Das Wohnmobil war erst vier Monate alt, also quasi neu und in der ersten Saison.

Calgarys staff was easy to deal with and very patient as we booked our holiday. We made several changes in our plans at different times and it was never a problem.
When we picked up the rv in Toronto we were greated like old friends. The vehicle was ready to go when we arrived and we did the vehicle inspection with a very friendly and informative staff member. During the trip a couple little issues popped up, but nothing to stop us. When we returned the rv we were greated with the same friendly staff. I informed them of the issues that I noticed,and they were greatfull for the information so it could be fixed before it went out again
I would recommend Canadream to anyone. Great vehicles and excellent staff.

Best way to travel if you can afford it! Everything you need is with you, for a home base no matter where you end up along the way. Only complaint was that the generator was not working but we brought our own and managed just fine. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

new RV, No transfer to and from Airport

Freundliches hilfsbereites Personal, ein Anfangsproblem wurde umgehend behoben.
Auch die Abgabe unseres Campers nach knapp vier Wochen war problemlos.
Mit unserem fast neuen Fahrzeug waren wir sehr zufrieden (die Küchenausstattung war etwas dürftig). Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei CanaDream mieten!

Wir haben den MHX RV von Canadream im Juni 2025 für 3 Wochen ab Toronto gemietet. Alle Beschäftigten waren sehr Freundlich, die Einführung ins Wohnmobil sehr gut...leider aufgetretene Probleme beim Wohnmobil während der Reise wurden umgehend vom telefonischen Notdienst ,sogar in deutscher Sprache und immer mit Email Bestätigung, gelöst. Alle waren sehr zuvorkommend und für die Umstände wurde uns sogar noch eine Entschädigung gezahlt.
Wir werden unseren nächsten RV Urlaub gerne wieder mit Canadream machen.

Really enjoyed the Truck Camper rental. While we ran into a couple small challenges the Canadream team was responsive and gave great advice on what to do. Would rent from here again for sure.

I had one of my dream vacations with Candream and couldn’t be happier! The customer support was excellent from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress-free. The RV itself was newer, spotless, and truly felt like a real home away from home.

As a first-timer, I was amazed at how easy the setup and hook-up process was—the team made sure I felt confident before hitting the road. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience possible.

Special thanks to the person who helped me during check-in at Brampton, and also to the staff in Calgary who were equally amazing. A couple of days before my trip, I visited the Brampton location, and a gentleman there kindly showed me around an RV, which gave me confidence and helped me understand what to expect.

If you’re looking for the perfect RV for your first adventure, I can’t recommend Candream enough. It was everything I hoped for and more!

Professional staff, well-equipped vehicles, Quick processing

Great customer service. Thoroughly enjoyed the RV.

It was indeed a wonderful experience. The RV was very clean and the supplied kitchen kit and linen kit were indeed of good quality. I was afraid that they will bring is cheap stuff but that didn't happen.

We detailed documentation about everything in the RV and we had also the 24/7 road assistance. Luckily, we didn't need that.

Having said that, I have one comment: the pick up time is late after 1 pm and the drop off is too early before 10 am. Factoring in that cleaning the RV really takes time (in case you don't pay for the drop and go option), this like wastes one night. I'd appreciate if they can allow for a bit later drop off time with no charge.

Everything was perfect. 100% gonna rent the RV here and have a trip from Calgary to Vancouver! Thank u guys for your service and the opportunity to have RV without buying it!

Nicely equipped RV with lots of space due to slidouts. A simple coffeemaker/Frenchpress would have been good, as well as a dish track and brush.

It seems Canadream has a different understanding a complete delivered Service.When generator of the RV ist not wirking, they simply forget to say an if you finf out during handover tey simply say it is optional. No refund , nothing.

This was our first time booking with CanaDream. Everything went perfectly. Pick-up was problem-free, the staff were competent and friendly, and the motorhome was fantastic. Returning it was also easy.

There were two things we didn't like so much, though:
There was clearly a lack of amenities. Everyone only had one fork, one knife, one cup, one plate, etc.
This meant we were constantly washing up.

One of the main reasons for renting from CanaDream was the awning on the motorhomes.

However, the rental company forbade us from using the awning.

If we had known this beforehand, we would have rented a motorhome without an awning from another rental company for less money.
