We received a faulty caravan
We received a faulty caravan. The caravan's operating battery was faulty, and throughout the entire trip we had no refrigerator and had to throw away the food we bought. In addition, there was a beeping sound from the refrigerator indicating a malfunction, disturbing our sleep at night. We took a picture of the message and reported it when we returned the caravan. The beeping started when we stopped for more than 10 minutes. The station manager in Halifax personally checked and said that there was indeed a malfunction, he saw that every time the water pump was turned on, the battery was drained. We are waiting for compensation for the emotional distress, and loss. We signed the report sent to you from Halifax. Thank you for your consideration, Yehuda.

We appreciate that the Halifax station manager inspected and documented the issue, and your request for review has been shared with the appropriate team. Please contact Guest Services at guestservice@canadream.com so the details of your rental and request can be reviewed directly.
