We had purchased a Toronto spa which unfortunately developed a fault. Luckily we dealt with Tony at Canadian Spa who was really helpful and professional and arranged for a replacement speedily and without any quibbling/hassle. On delivery date Craig and Joseph arrived and removed the defective tub and installed the replacement again without any problems in a professional manner. Thanks to all involved especially Tony who removed any stress from the situation. Would definitely recommend - the tub is great!

My inflatable spa had a defective liner, which the company replaced within a week free of charge. Their customer service is excellent.

On this occasion I purchased my goods and had them shipped where as last time I refused? Last time for 16 jets shipped to my address you wanted £100 shipping!!!
6 months later you only charged £30 shipping for exactly the same shipment.

DHL delievered my bar with the glass broken. I informed DHL on telephone and after that I called Canadian Spa Company to inform them that I‘m gonna fight with DHL, that it‘s their fault. Canadian Spa Company said they will take care of the problem with DHL and immediatly send me a equal replacement. I never expected that.

What can I say!! From start to finish the service was above my expectations. Tony was amazing and very helpful. I highly recommend buying the installation package unless you can do it yourself.

The product (a Chilliwack IR sauna) far exceeded our expectations. Extremely well constructed, easy to put together and delivers a much higher heat than we thought possible from an IR sauna. Service from Canadian Spa was excellent with sauna delivered faster than expected. I did have to help the driver unload it - was easily the heaviest thing I've ever lifted - so if you're not in a position to assist, make them aware of that when discussing delivery.
