There are no humans, no phones, no emails, no customer service.

If you are lucky enough to order exactly what you need and lucky enough that you get what you ordered, then you might give them 3-5 stars.

They get a 1 from me because a 0 was not an option. They took my order charged my card and promptly delivered the wrong $1,000 frig in a remote area of Montana while we were traveling. Now I have a dead frig and a frig I can't use. Weeks have transpired and multiple attempts to reach this business have resulted in continued frustration at their auto-replies to my requests for customer service.

So I disputed the credit card charge and will let VISA deal with them. I may personally drop their frig off at their front door if they have one.

If you want good customer service you definitely don't want to purchase from these folks. I suspect the business is actually in China or India because folks in London KY are not this bad.

These people are scammers. I just reported them. Plus my bank is doing it also. No explaination on why canceled my order. My bank is going after them. You don’t take my money unless you have the product .. when you have words In Stock.

This place is a scam stay clear. I ordered an awning December 1 2021 and never received the item as of March 29 2022 and they make excuses every time I email them for the credit back to my card. You can't call them its all email with the same response they will check with the warehouse or manufacturer. This company is a scam trust me don't order from them!!!

Scam company that sells items they don't even have in stock. Money grab then they outsource the sale to fill the order. Save your time and money order anywhere else but here

Ordered an New Camper Air Conditioner and an Upgraded thermostat at the same time. Got the AC, no problem. But the Thermostat did not arrive with the AC. After 3 weeks of waiting I finally reached out, via email, and next thing I know I got tracking info for the Thermostat. Once I went to install the 2 units I found that the Upgraded Thermostat they "recommended" does not work with the AC unit they sold me. So before returning said Thermostat I order the correct one from them. They receive the order, take the $$$ out of my account and 2 hours later I get an Email saying that my order was put "ON HOLD" and that I need to contact them for more info. HOW THE HELL DO YOU CONTACT THEM? No one answers the damn phone and NO ONE responds to emails. Now because of this worthless ass company I have a T-Stat that is useless and $$$ gone for another that I have no clue what is happening with. Basically paid for 2 T-Stats and still dont have one that will work with my new AC. BUYER BEWARE!!! UPDATE: just today my emails got kicked back because “domain size exceeding limit”. Which means they have too many emails in their box. Just like Voicemail full! What a joke! This company is horrible!

Camper Parts World which is also RV Country has stolen over $900.00 from me.
I ordered an awning and frame in a satin finish in February, 2020. In early March, I had a stroke and did not concern myself with this issue until August. I emailed them about the status of the order, but no answer. The awning showed up a few weeks later without the frame. Then I was notified that it was not available in satin. I cancelled the frame and they sent me incorrect info to ship the anwning back. They have fraudulently stolen money from my credit card and will not return my e-mails.

stay away from this seller. i got ripped off. i bought a fantastic fan cost me 322.00. never recieved. and cant reach them by phone. i have asked them for a tracking number by e-mail. but never got a reply. i asked for my money back, they finally e-mailed me stating they refunded my money back, but they never did,,BEWARE PEOPLE.

I ordered a r-dome screen room on May 31, 2020 and I am still waiting for at least a tracking number. They keep sending me a response to my messages that says "We appreciate your patience as we are processing your ticket request. Please note that we are experiencing extremely high volume currently which is causing us to be a bit delayed in response. We appreciate your patience and hope you have a great day!" and no response on why the delay. I have opted to request a refund of my money. Will see if I get a refund.

Bad company . Zero customer service . . You try and contact them via phone and there is no way of talking to someone. Ordered a couple fans and did not receive them. Nor did I receive any info on their where abouts. Tried emailing them and they do not contact you back. Don't bother with these people.

We bought a new camper air conditioner, paid over a hundred dollars for shipping and an extra $40 for it being residential-it came-doesn't work-can't talk to a person, only email, and then told because we installed it can't be returned-how do you know if it works if it is not installed-lousy to deal with-sent me a number a the general Coleman dealers to help find a someone in Colorado to do warranty work-number doesn't work! I did contact the credit card company-they are looking into it but who knows-almost $700 dollars-they get there money but we have a nonworking product with no help!

This company is impossible to deal with. You cannot get anyone on the phone and their "live" on line help is a joke. We ordered an item that was never received. When we disputed it with AMEX, these folks reached out and threatened us.

To date, we have never received the item and we are out $1010.

Stay away!

I was sent wrong part, tried for 3 weeks to return with no success. There customer service and return department is nonexistent. Save the aggravation and shop with someone else !

Easy site to navigate for me. Got awning lights there and they look real good on my old motorhome. Gives them that vintage look. Real nice!
