The price.
But had I known that you use EVRI as a delivery company I would have paid extra and used someone else. Every are at best shocking, lazy and unhelpful, as per normal I found the parcel chucked over my gate for and opportunist to grab!! its a short walk down the drive to our porch and every other courier seems to manage it.
real shame because it tainted the purchase..

Good afternoon.
We are sorry to hear you feel this way.
We take pride in our returns system & refund within the same day the product arrives.
We also offer free returns for all orders if the return was caused by our mistake or if the item was faulty.
In this instance you wished to return your order as you no longer needed this item.
I would of been happy to offer a label costing £7.50 had we've known Royal mail was planning to charge you this much for a return.
We wish all you the best & hope you find the item you were looking for.
Quick despatch received next day
