Campbell Miller Tools Omdömen

The right product at a good price 😍😍
Exactly what you want.
Really nice company to deal with.

Suspiciously cheap Bosch SDS hammer drill, £151 was cancelled because they did not have stock. I expected the tool for work and it gave me a headache.

Used them in the past will never use them again. Ordered an item but immediately cancelled it as misread the description. Campbellmiller ignored this and dispatched the item. Been very unhelpful so now I've got to return the item at my expense. Shocking rubbish company

I ordered an item on13 March, with stated delivery 3 working days. Not arrived on 18th so e mailed agent Marcus who confirmed the item would be delivered on the 21st or 22nd.
Not arrived by 24th, so contacted him again, asking for delivery date, who was delivering it, and item delivery number. I got a very quick reply...sorry we can't find the item with any of our delivery companies, and we will reimburse you straight away.Poor service at best!!!

there is no item in stock but they do not take it off the website

Excellent drill couldn't wait to put my blinds up done the job plus more all I have
today is for a hand held drill it's more powerful than it looks : )...Great tech.passes electronics standard test.

Courier left parcel in the street and it got nicked. Somehow Marcus as Campbell Miller thinks this is my problem and wrote the most condescending emails.

Ordered on 18th Dec, in stock, 2-3 days delivery. But they didnt even ship it until 6th Jan. When I complained they blamed the courier. When i pointed out that their own documentation showed that it was them and not the courier, they went silent.

– simple, quick, and no store-hopping required.

What an awful online shopping experience. The stock displayed on the website doesn't bear any relation to the stock in the warehouse. As a result you end up sitting at home day after day waiting for you order, that you paid next day delivery for, to turn up - only to be told they don't have stock and just couldn't be bothered to let you know. Empty promises never fulfilled. Avoid like the plague, anyone can offer discounted prices if they have no intention of sending the order.

TLDR: Incompetent tin pot outfit - Gives independent retailers a bad name!

I bought a Bosh drill/driver. I nearly didn't because the price was £50 cheaper than the next best price I could find so I thought it was too good to be true. I checked Trustpilot to see if they were a genuine company because I hadn't heard of them. The drill arrived on time and is a genuine Bosh. Will definitely use them again.

Ordered an in-stock item for express delivery (1 day) and it took 2 and some chasing just to find out that it actually was not in stock and will be a couple of weeks instead. Poor service, will not use again

Campbell Miller Tools have supplied my needs swiftly, with very reasonable prices.

Paid for next day delivery and still cheeper than anywhere else with postage. Thanks. very satisfied customer 😁👍

Excellent range and great prices. I bought a Bosch replacement charger and works a treat. Swift and free delivery. Great service and definitely use again.

I had a fantastic experience with Campbell Miller Tools! Their products are top-notch, and the customer service is exceptional.

Very fast service, simple to use and the boots are a life changer, I work on site and they are worth every penny, no cold feet in this cold weather we have in the UK
