Very difficult and frustrating to deal with..
Very difficult and frustrating to deal with. I had recently subdivided an existing property into two separate lots, with both properties still under the one loan. Despite explaining the situation and providing the required documentation, the process was unnecessarily complicated and delayed my property being listed online.
The issue was only resolved after I called and explained the entire situation again. I was also asked to resubmit documents that had already been provided.
Overall, a very frustrating experience that caused unnecessary delays and could have been avoided with better communication and attention to the information already supplied.

Hi Chris,
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback to our team.
We have reviewed your file and have taken the feedback on board.
Please note that CampaignAgent did not receive the context of the subdivision and the setup of the loan at the time of the application and response. The application assessment was completed with the information available to us.
We apologise that this process caused delays.
All the best,
CampaignAgent

A great way to do business!!
I am very happy with what the company has offered. Taking advantage of this product will take the worry and uncertainty out of our experience of selling our property.
The company consultants were very helpful...and very patient when I had a mix-up with email addresses I had inadvertently supplied to them.
I have chosen the Pay Later option, and this is very helpful considering our property did not sell on auction day. I am relieved of the financial burden of having to pay the marketing fees before any income from the sale of the property has been realised.
This seems to be a very fair way of doing things.

Help when needed appreciated.
We appreciate the helpful and understanding way the company readily agreed to accept our payment proposal for overdue monies owing . In the difficult times where many genuine clients cannot sell their properties within time frames your flexibility shown to us is a clear sign of a great company . Our third time and we recommend them without hesitation.
