Very difficult and frustrating to deal with..
Very difficult and frustrating to deal with. I had recently subdivided an existing property into two separate lots, with both properties still under the one loan. Despite explaining the situation and providing the required documentation, the process was unnecessarily complicated and delayed my property being listed online.
The issue was only resolved after I called and explained the entire situation again. I was also asked to resubmit documents that had already been provided.
Overall, a very frustrating experience that caused unnecessary delays and could have been avoided with better communication and attention to the information already supplied.
