I read reviews on all local marquee hire companies and Cameo came out on top and I can see why.
We used them for our anniversary party and they could not have been more helpful. The good thing is that this is the whole package. We hired crockery, cutlery and glasses which was so convenient. Claire and everyone in the office were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The team who erected the marquee were great and all our guests admired our marquee. We had a black and white colour scheme and Cameo were able to supply black stemmed glasses and even black plates. Cost wise I thought it was certainly value for money.

We can’t thank the team at Cameo Events enough for the marquee, bar, tables,chairs, glasses, cutlery and everything needed for our wedding. They were so helpful from start to finish as we had no idea what we might need. They talked us through the choices and were always on hand to answer questions and recommend other wedding services they had used before. They were patient with my last minute panics about potential bad weather and set up and taking down was convenient and efficient. And on top of all that excellent customer service, they were great value for money too! My husband and I had a wonderful wedding day and we we so pleased we chose a Cameo Events marquee at my family home as our venue.

The whole cameo team where amazing to work with. They understood exactly what we wanted and were able to support us from the very start of our process. The equipment supplied was of excellent quality and the team who delivered and collected where friendly and helpful.

Cameo Event Hire were a First Class company to work with from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for the team, especially Claire and Suzy. They listened to our requirements and queries, gave sound advice and responded immediately with revised invoices to reflect the changes (and to be fair, I did keep adding things on!). They seem able to provide almost anything that could add to the success of an event. We booked their 6x9m Marquee for my Sister's 60th Birthday. This comfortably took the recommended 5x 10 seater folding tables (though we managed to squeeze in our own 8 seater for more capacity). Excellent quality linen, comfy padded chairs. We opted for a wooden dancefloor and full carpet (recommended). We ordered 2 heaters for the evening chill, but hardly used (early May 2022). The string lighting and chandelier gave an enhanced quality feel. We even ordered Chafing dishes to help with our inhouse catering. The set up team (compliments to Chris, Gary and Sheldon) were extremely hard working, had lots of friendly banter and were great to converse with.
The setup was much more involved and technical than I imagined and took about 4.5hrs including the table and chairs. Needed support from their tech guy (or perhaps he was the Manager?) Matt and he sorted our issues as promised. Nothing was too much trouble for CEH. Our 60 guests were highly complimentary and we would definitely use them again...maybe for my Sister's 'next' 60th birthday (well we all start counting backwards once we reach a certain age!!). Excellent service, so do not hesitate if you're looking for a highly responsive, experienced and reliable service. Well done Cameo.

This is my 2nd time using Cameo and, as with the first, what a fantastic reliable service they provide. The polite, well mannered young men who delivered the table and chairs are a real credit to Cameo and the quality of the table, chairs and linen made my Christmas dinner table look stunning, just as the beautiful Marquee, dance floor and lighting for my 60th birthday party. They really are the company to go to if you want your event to have that extra touch.
