Lovely Food and Customer Service!

I contacted Katherine about an event for roughly 50 people, to include small bits and hot food and drink. She was responsive, professional, and incredibly kind. Leading up the to the event, she was in contact about menu options and her scheduled set up. They day of ran smoothly and the food was brilliant! It was hard to believe she arrived only a couple hours earlier and made such a lovely display. Oh Honey will be my first call for all future events and gatherings!

Seriously let down

Well, so incredibly disappointed by the treatment we have received. We placed an order on 15th May and received assurances all was okay. Confirmation of order received 19th May. We chased several times for the invoice by email and again received positive assurances. Still no invoice today so I called to speak with Katherine. Was asked to re-send the email chain because we were not showing in the diary, which we did immediately only to receive a reply this evening stating they cannot fulfill our order as we are ’slightly out’ of area for their delivery slots that day. Astoundingly poor service. A whole month wasted with a celebration of our wedding fast approaching in just over two weeks. Would NOT recommend.

Hi Paul and Lorraine,

I'm sorry that you are disappointed with your experience.

To clarify, no order was formally placed on 15th May. We received an enquiry from Lorraine requesting catering, and as stated in our correspondence, I needed to confirm both availability and delivery logistics before an order could be accepted.

Unfortunately, your location falls outside our normal delivery radius for that date. While we always try to accommodate customers where possible, we have to maintain delivery limits to ensure we can provide a reliable service to all bookings.

I would also like to clarify that the enquiry was described as a housewarming event in the email correspondence, and we were not made aware that this was for a wedding. Had we known this was a wedding celebration, we would have explored whether any alternative arrangements were possible.

I appreciate that this outcome is frustrating, and I apologise for any disappointment caused. However, the decision was based on delivery constraints rather than a confirmed order being cancelled.

I wish you both all the best for your upcoming celebration.

Hi Jane, I'm very sorry to hear that your experience was not a positive one.

I have been unable to find an order under the name Jane from the past week, so I wonder if there may have been some confusion about which business provided the food. If possible, could you let me know which event you attended and which items you ate? This would help us investigate further.

We take food safety extremely seriously. All of our products are ordered fresh for each event and are kept refrigerated until service. We always recommend to our customers that food is consumed within four hours of being displayed. If food remains out for longer than this, its quality and freshness can be affected.

If the items you are referring to were our canapés, they are designed to be rich, bite-sized portions. Individual reactions to richer foods can vary depending on how much was consumed, but we would certainly like to understand more about your experience.

They provided excellent and seamless food service for our Christmas party. “it was the best tasting turkey in my life” “such a great selection of food “ “absolutely loved the salads” and so on, me and my colleagues were talking about their food for days after our party. Absolutely recommend

Absolutely loved all the food provided…

Absolutely loved all the food provided by Oh Honey grazing for our Christmas party! Never had such delicious turkey and the stuffing was to die for. They also did almost everything gluten free at our request which made me feel so included!
They were so lovely too and it felt like they were there when needed but not in the way. Can't wait for next year already!

We would give you 10 stars if it was an option!

We used Oh Honey Grazing and Events for a Christmas party catering a hot food buffet for 30 guests, and I honestly couldn’t fault a single thing.
Katherine went above and beyond, the service was amazing from start to finish, all dietary requirements were handled professionally and the food was absolutely delicious.
We are already looking for another reason to celebrate with Katherine’s beautiful food - the creamy parmesan pea salad is a must order!

Excellent service and fresh food

We used Oh Honey for an event. Very short notice and were amazing from start to finish. Food was fresh, presented wonderfully and kept in contact with us. Delivered on time and had great feedback from colleagues.

A show stopper of a spread

The spread that Oh Honey provided for my daughter's wedding was a piece of artwork, almost too good to eat! However, it didn't stop people tucking in and it was enjoyed by all. Katherine also worked with us to make sure that a complex array of dietary needs were catered for. If you want a show stopper of spread, go for this.

Five plus stars to Katherine

Five plus stars to Katherine!

Katherine was fantastic from start to finish! I ordered canapés and grazing boards for my 50th birthday, and everything was spot on. Communication was super easy and quick, and the setup at the venue looked amazing.

The food? Absolutely delicious! Fresh ingredients, full of flavour, and the canapés were a great size. The grazing boards were generous, creative, and beautifully presented.

Highly recommend Katherine for any event – she really made the day special!
