Exceptional service !
We have had exceptional service from Camel Glass in Holsworthy.
Such a prompt appointment to measure by Matt, followed by an incredibly quick turn around for the windows being ready for fitting.
We then had Terry, Dave and Chris, who efficiently removed all the old windows, and had them all replaced in a day. They were super careful, and cleaned up beautifully afterwards.
Grateful thanks to the whole team.

Hi David,
Thank you for your feedback, and after reviewing this internally, we do accept that on this occasion we let you down with our communication and response times.
Your address details were provided, however due to delays internally while awaiting further information and during a period of staff illness, your enquiry was unfortunately not progressed as it should have been. We completely understand your frustration and apologise for the experience you received.
We are pleased to hear Emily made a positive impression initially, but appreciate the overall handling did not reflect the level of service we aim to provide. Your feedback has been discussed internally so we can learn from this and improve our processes moving forward.
Should you require anything further in the future, whether replacement glass units, mirrors, tabletops or shelving, please feel free to contact our Branch Manager directly at sknibbs@camelglass.co.uk and he will personally ensure you are looked after.
We wish you all the best with your project.
Kind Regards,
Camel Glass

Prompt, professional and very reasonable service
After a prompt response to our enquiry the team from Holsworthy came out and measured throughly. Sam, Dan & Dave came to replace the conservatory roof glass, door and numerous window panes. In some truly horrible weather they turned up when they said they would, worked diligently and professionally. Every day they left the house clean and tidy and somehow kept cheerful as well. They have done a brilliant job and we are very pleased. Many thanks Holsworthy Camel Glass!
