Fraud they cancel the order and never refund.

Fraudddddd . Lost my money

I have placed the order on the online cakesportal store on 13th May 2024 and the order is still showing under processing since then today is 1 st March 2025. I have not received the refund. I have messaged many time to the customer support still there is no satisfied answer. So think twice before you place any order with cakesportal .... Worst online shopping portal

I have made a payment of ₹2299 on 14/02/2025, but the order was canceled on same day due to delivery issues. Despite being told the refund would be processed within 10-15 days, I still haven’t received my refund. Fraud Company

Placed an order on 21st Jan 2025 promising delivery the next day. When followed up for an update, they mail informing that the merchant is too far from the mentioned address. If that was the case, why would they ask for Pin Code and accept the order.

They sent a regret mail mentioning refund will happen in the next 10-15 working days but never heard back from them.

Their website should be taken down and they should be stopped from scamming / cheating people who place orders through them.

Looks like a fraud company.Placed an order for a cake and a bouquet for a friends anniversary worth Rs 1100 even paying additional amount for specific time slot and which they claimed tthat the product will be delieverd and yet the product not delivered. And there is no way of contacting them as no phone number available and the online chat bot is also unrepsonsive.
I dont think this company even exist. Dont even know how will I get my refund now.

Very poor service. They don't have a customer care number. No response on email or online chat bot. They cancelled my order themselves as they couldn't deliver and i haven't received my refund till now.

Such a fraud site guys don't use this site...it doesn't refund money... it's fraud site...

It is Fraud company , never order thru this site. I will take steps about this website /portal thru Cyber Crime department. DON'T PAY or BOOK ANYTHING thru this PORTAL.

Ordered cake for a birthday party in Maharashtra.
The cake didnt get delivered

Total fraud.
They are not going to deliver cake just looting money on the name of cake delivery.

I ordered a birthday cake on November 30, 2024 and paid ₹599 for it as required. I then received a message stating that they could not deliver the cake to the particular location and promised a refund within 15 days. It has been two months now and I have neither received the refund nor any explanation from the company. This is most disconcerting. January 29, 2025.

This is truly disappointing. Today is my sister's birthday, and I booked the item a week ago. Just now I got a mail that they can't deliver the product due to issue on delivery location.Thiscould be informed earlier so that I could make alternative arrangements. This lack of communication is unacceptable and highly frustrating.

I had the worst experience with CakePortal. I paid for 2 cakes on 31st May 2024 but they never delivered. Later, I received an email stating that the order was cancelled because the merchants were too far from the delivery location. When I inquired about the refund, they mentioned it would take 10-15 days, which seems unreasonable. Till date I've not received a refund. It's a Fake website just bluffing people and looting their amount.

As mentioned by almost all users. It's complete scam. They promised to delivered on 18th Nov and later sent email that they can't deliver it due to unavailability of delivery boy they will deliver on next day. When I asked to cancelled my order they sent email that as per customer request we are cancelling order and money will get refunded. Till date not received any money. You guys pathetic just taking money with fake web app.

Scam company,took rs 2300 promising to deliver in 4 hrs and then never delivered anything and not refunded the money either. Don't order this is a scam company

Easiest way to fraud people and make money online .Google should ban this site I ordered a cake on 22 dec through cakesportal ,the platform said that they would deliver cakes in 2 hours but i didnt receive any call or messages regarding the confirmation since which i emailed them regarding the same then they reverted to that email saying that they cancel the order as they couldnot deliver to the address .Nowhere in their portal it is mentioned that to which location they would deliver also even after giving full address they could have rejected before the payment if they cannot deliver to the address .Later they emailed that i would receive the refund in 10-15 days which is pathetic first of all .Its been 13 days for today but no revert from their end after mailing them so many times .Thier customer support is of waste and pathetic service .I would never recommend this to anyone .I would definitely write this on consumer portal if i donot receive the refund by 15 days ,Also i would request google to take such fake sites as people will stop trusting google too

Cakesportal. In, First you ask me to allow delivery on 28 Nov. instead 27 as they fail to do so. On 28th also the cake was not delivered. As the order cancelled they promised to refund within 10-15 days. After 2 emails also there is no response.
Moreover, you do not have contact number.
This is the first but worst online shoping experience I have.
