I ordered a cake from Cakesportal on 25th May 2025 as there was no cash on delivery option I had to pay online. Once payment was done I got an email saying it's been cancelled due to the location issue and the amount will be refunded within 10-15 days. After the 15 days when I followed them they sent an email once saying they will revert back post 10 AM, but did not get any reply, after that I have followed up multiple time and they are not responding to any of my email. They don't even have a proper contact number to call and enquire. It's nearing a month and there is still no response.
This looks like a scam platform. I'm going to take legal action against CakesPortal if the refund is not received within 3 working days, I will File a case, others kindly avoid this platform. No professionalism at all.

Despite cancellation due to alleged location issues with a promised refund within 10-15 working days, I have yet to receive my refund. Multiple follow-ups have been met with silence. Suspecting deliberate evasion, I warn: process the refund within 3 working days or face a Consumer Court of India case. I advise others to avoid this platform due to unprofessionalism and lack of accountability.

Not trustable at all…
As a surprise gift for my sister’s birthday I ordered a cake and since they guaranteed same day delivery I placed the order and paid the amount . In about five minutes time after the order was placed they cancelled the order saying the place of delivery is too far and the delivery couldn’t be done . I received the mail saying that I would get the refund within 10 days and I have to keep following for any updates .This was the first time I used this cakes portal and had the worst experience. Never trust this for any surprise gift delivery.. You would definitely be disappointed
