Very efficient.

The mango cake was absolutely delicious! Perfectly soft, moist, and bursting with fresh mango flavor. Highly recommended!"

Online service was responsive and easy to use

The price of the cakes is affordable

I had ordered a mango cheese cake online and while picking up the order at the Dagenham location. I asked if there are any cupcakes available during the pickup and was told they can prepare the m at the back. I purchased half dozen mixed cupcakes and was told to wait 15-20 minutes for preparation. After about 20 minutes I was notified they're ready. While collecting them the person at the counter said there was no vanilla frosting so they put chocolate frosting on all the cupcakes (mixed fruit cupcake, red velvet cupcake). I asked how come the red velvet one has chocolate as well, did they not have any cream cheese frosting. Upon which I was told "it'll taste better with chocolate". All the cupcakes were chocolate with chocolate frosting and the 2 red velvet cupcakes were "red velvet" with chocolate frosting. Essentially, the whole order not correct, and instead of confirming with me (I was waiting on location) whether they should go froward with the order with the missing toppings and flavours I was just told in the end. It was very disappointing as I had to present the cupcakes to guests and they tasted bad. I had already paid prior so I didn't make a big deal about it and left the store with what was given.

Lovely tasty cakes
Excellent customer service

A nice selection of beautiful cakes of different sizes, very tasty as well. Delivery was also on time, very happy with the service and highly recommend the company

When I brought my cake and opened it at home it was slanted, with a lump on the top of the cake

Excellent brilliant good taste prefer all the time

Amazing and well designated cake

The cake was amazing BUT.
cake was good , I ordered the 14’ square cake it was really huge and really affordable for size I ordered it on the Friday and was able to pick it up on the Saturday no hassle only problem was that there was no carrier bags for that size to help hold the cake and the box wasn’t really secured for that size as well

It was beautifully prepared. Great taste.

I ordered the vegan cake and was really dry, unfortunately it went in the bin straightway

Cake box erdington the cake was great and made fresh even though we picked it up a day later due to our own circumstances it tasted amazing ! And the design was better than expected plus the customer service was awesome and friendly keep up the good work guys!

Poor cake. Sent a complaint in and got no reply
Won’t order again

The cakes we had was fantastic couldn’t ask for better will always have cakes from cake inn

I only realized this was going to be an egg-free cake after I had placed the online order, which made things a bit tense - this was a cake that Must Not Disappoint, and I wouldn't have chosen it if I'd realized in advance. I think the website didn't make that very clear, though actually the cake looked great and was cost-competitive and local.

I needn't have worried. It was available at the time they said, and it was a complete hit. Beautifully decorated and delicious. I didn't mention the egg-free aspect until after everyone had tried it - lots of "wow! really? fantastic!" responses.

The only gotcha is the short (24hr) shelf-life, but that just created the motivation to take the remainder into the office and share it out, rather than sitting on the side all week getting smaller and sadder.

A+++ will shop again!

Cake was yummy but they waited me long
