Having checked the tracking, your order was placed on 16th September and Royal Mail attempted delivery on 18th September at 11:43am, but unfortunately there was no answer at the delivery address. We can see that a further delivery attempt is scheduled for today between 8:30am and 1:35pm.
I completely understand your frustration, especially when you're expecting a delivery and it doesn't arrive as planned. Whilst we dispatched your order promptly, we're sorry that the delivery process has not met your expectations.

The gentleman who delivered my order, sorry I didn't get his name, was very polite and professional. There had been an earlier fault with the coffee machine which had been resolved but he asked if it was ok to check it over and actually did a software upgrade on it. I had queries about decaf coffee and if the machine dispensed it and he took the time to go over the process with me.
Excellent customer service and he went above and beyond to make sure our machine was in the best possible condition.
