Great Customer Service

I ordered a personalized blanket and made a spelling mistake. I noticed it right away when the confirmation email came. I reached out right away. My email was answered quickly and they were able to fix my spelling mistake before the blanket was made. The blanket is soft and adorable... and the name is spelled correctly!

100% on customer service

My daughter received a beautiful baby shower gift in the mail from Caden Lane. There were 6 items nicely gift wrapped and 3 out of the 6 items were personalized. During the order process I think there was a mix up with names. I think our relative who purchased the gift may have put my daughter’s name (instead of the baby's name) on 3 of the items not realizing. When I reached out to Caden Lane to ask what could be done they went above and beyond to make the gift right for my daughter and soon to be grandson. At no cost to us they’re replacing the 3 gifts with the correct name. Thank you Caden Lane for your amazing customer service. We are forever customers!

I ordered personalized pacifier clips and received one engraved with a completely different child’s name. The order was delivered, it wasn’t lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, it was simply fulfilled incorrectly.

Instead of taking ownership of the mistake, customer support tried to push me to file a claim through ShipInsure, which doesn’t apply here because this is a production/fulfillment error, not a shipping issue.

As someone who works in e-commerce, I’m really disappointed by how this was handled. A simple replacement or refund should have been offered immediately.

You’re completely right that this was not a shipping issue, but rather a fulfillment error on our end, and we sincerely apologize for that mistake.

While ShipInsure does handle shipping-related claims, they also assist us with reships and refunds for certain order issues, including fulfillment errors like this one. For that reason, we do still require a claim to be submitted through ShipInsure so they can formally document the issue and process the replacement or refund for you as quickly as possible.

We truly appreciate you sharing your perspective, especially coming from someone in e-commerce. Every business has different processes in place, and we understand that ours may not have aligned with your expectations here, for that, we’re genuinely sorry.

Customer service second to none

Needed to change my personalized card to a rhyme,
thought for sure I’d run out of time.
Called customer service, but they didn’t say nope.
The continuous emails gave me lots of hope.
Ely’s email confirming the change had been made,
had my anxiety and uncertainties start to fade.
What a great company from beginning to end,
can’t even say how much I can recommend.
I know my new granddaughter’s gift will not be plain,
because it was purchased from Caden Lane!

I love the pieces that came… but…

I love the pieces that came… but unfortunately the swaddle with his name shipped but never arrived (even 20 days post order) and missed his birth day at the hospital which was disappointing. They did send me a link to re-ship which was nice but I really wanted it for his delivery pictures :(

Wonderful customer service

I had mom brain and accidentally ordered a swaddle blanket in the wrong color. I immediately contacted the support team through email and they were able to swoop in and make the change seamlessly. I’m so thankful that they were able to accommodate the change so quickly. I will be ordering again and again. :)

I bought a tee shirt for my grandson… it was way too small so tried exchanging it - and they would not stand by their product

I bought a tee shirt for my grandson for Christmas, it was the "Just a boy that likes grabber trucks" on it -- was so cute. But it was very small - not a true 2T. I tried exchanging it and they said I could not return it. They gave me a link to a second hand site and said I should pursue that avenue. I would never buy from them again. I dug deeper and many other people had the same complaints about their return policy. Their shipping and return policies are terrible. And their sizing was very misleading. Disappointed they do not stand by their products.

Pushed my order through!!

I was panicking because I didn’t realize when I ordered my newborn announcement outfit and name plaque - production time could push out the delivery past my due date. I reached out and they sped up the process and I have it now ready to go in his hospital bag. They were accommodating and honestly cares about the situation - also the outfit and plaque are super cute!! Can’t wait to photograph him with them. Thank you :)))

Save your money. Clothes are bad quality.

I bought several things from Caden Lane before my son was born as new parents often do. Well, when he started wearing the clothes, holes started showing up in the clothing. Contacted customer service and they did NOTHING. Said it was outside their return window. So, clearly they know that their clothes are crap. Trust me. The clothes are cute but do not last. You be better off buying from Target. Clothes are just as cute and they have a 1 year return policy. Do not waste your money at Caden Lane.

I made an error when ordering originally & Caden customer service were very helpful & understanding. All items wanted, ordered correctly & received are great quality. My granddaughter was so happy. I recommend this company HIGHLY. Christina was a gem also. Thank you

Bad Business Practices

I ordered a pajama set that included pens intended for my granddaughter to color the pajamas for Christmas Eve.

While the pens arrived, the pajamas did not. The pajamas are now on backorder, despite my original order confirmation stating they would be received by mid-December. Because the main item I ordered did not arrive as promised, I requested a full refund and clearly stated that I would return the pens.

I paid $10.00 for the pens. However, instead of refunding the full amount, the cost was discounted to $7.50 without explanation, and I was then charged a $6.50 return fee. This is unreasonable, especially considering I never received the pajamas, which were the primary reason for the purchase.

This experience has been extremely disappointing, and, I will not patronize this company again. I will also advise others to consider alternative retailers.

Fraudulant charges and business

They have placed fraudulant charges on my card. I ordered from them on November 27 and was charged and got the order as promised, no issues. Exactly one month later on December 27, I received another charge for the exact same amount but I have not ordered anything from them since November. All you can do is email them, which is sketchy at best, and nobody will get back to me. I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE NOT WHO THEY SAY THEY ARE. I believe they are an overseas company masquerading as a company from San Antonio. Why else would you not be able to get a hold of them?

This issue was related to Shopify, our payment processing platform, and has since been fully resolved. The second charge was not a new purchase, and it should have automatically dropped off your account. We also show that an email was sent to you at the time to explain the error and confirm that the duplicate charge would not post.

We want to reassure you that we are a U.S.-based company located in Boerne, Texas — just outside of San Antonio — and not an overseas business.

If that second charge is still showing as posted (not pending), please let us know right away so we can look into it further and make sure everything is corrected. We truly appreciate your patience and the opportunity to clear this up.

The customer support was very helpful with an order I was not aware was on back order and easily helped me to cancel the order! I have purchased some from Caden lane before and absolutely love everything I have gotten from there! The good customer support just makes the whole thing even better!
