I ordered a power washer for £49 and paid £76 after delivery costs and attachments package based on promotional material.
device did not meet the video expectations.
therefore I requested money back.
This was purchased using my Barclays Gold Premier Card and I requested money back from Barclays.

ordered two AC units that were on offer for work. waited for delivery as i knew they were being imported. got email to say they had been delivered but they hadn't. emailed no response. poor customer service.

I would give it NO stars if I could. IT'S A FAN!! Nothing more and nothing less. Complete scam. DON'T BUY THE BREEZEMAX!!!!

Als een product te mooi is om waar te zijn, dan is dat ook meestal zo. Cablelinker is gevestigd in Hongkong, China. Retour of geld terug kan je wel vergeten. Bedrijf reageert niet eens op een retour verzoek. Laat staan je geld terug. Daarbij is retour zenden naar China voor eigen rekening. Ik heb mijn lesje geleerd met een product van deze site. Dus.....denk goed na, tel tot 10 en kijk ook eens om u heen bij anderen webshops, voordat u hier op de knop kopen drukt.

BrezaMax air conditioner. Total scam from the beginning on web site. Billed for 3 items I did not order for $82 in extra charges. Scam ordering process. false advertising involving CABLELINKER a Hong Kong company. No opportunity to review order before it was billed Total over $192 that should have been $102. Unable to cancel or alter order and billing and only 14 days to return at Customer expense from date of ORDER, not date of delivery. Check reviews … this is all a SCAM. Call CC company and refuse payment. And tell You Tube / Google to stop advertising GARBAGE!

I bought 2. Live in just under 1,000sqft house. They are nothing more than a nice fan. The air coming out of the fan is little cooler than the room but that’s it! Does not drop temperature 6” from fan let alone the entire room! Will use them for travel. With the stand they will work great for hotel rooms and staying with friends or family. Don’t try to return them because you only have 14 days! So by the time you get them and try them out…Too late‼️ did get them 1/2 off; about what you pay for decent fan now days.

I took advantage of a special for two air conditioners for 129.00 and they only sent one. They refused to acknowledge the special I took advantage of. Then, whenI opened the box, the unit did not even work. I will report back how they responded. For now, I would never order anything from this group. Very difficult to work with.

Was excited to receive this product, but on listening to it, major disappointment on the bass side of things, would not recommend this product on it’s bass, other aspects of the product are fine, but if your looking for bass, this product falls short. Be warned

I saw an advert for a power washing hand held spray gun. I ordered the spray gun for a priced of £49. I was charged £99 and a range of attachments were added to my order without any agreement from me.
I complained to my credit card company.
The order arrived. I used the spray gun today. It’s useless and water leaks from the hand held gun.
I am still in dispute and would not order the product if I had my time again.

I tried to cancel the order when my Bank informed me that the Company tried to take the payment for a 2nd time. The order has arrived today and none of the components fit for what they claim is a high pressure hose. I have once again tried to contact the company to request a return of the goods sent and a refund, but the company are not intercepting calls. This is a total scam.

The hose sprayer is worthless......worth maybe $10 at most. Made of cheap and flimsy material/plastic. I admit I got made.........plz dont spend a dime on these con artists.

TOTAL SCAM SITE! I ordered a product from them and discovered that it was not what was promised and tried many times to cancel my order only a few minutes after I ordered and was told it was too late to do so.

The product was not as shown on youtube it was useless.
It has been a nightmare to get a refund gave up. It was not worth £70, it was £35 , on amazon still not worth it as it does not work.

The pressure hose end is utter rubbish, a complete waste of money. One contact from Customer Services but that's it, £72 down the drain. DO NOT BUY.

Purchased the sprayer with the extra connectors for the US outdoor faucets. Nothing fits together. What fits the hose doesn’t fit the sprayer or the other way around. The item is cheaply made of cheap materials. Don’t buy it.

Ordered the power washer tonight purchased two year warranty £14 only to find out they give a two year warranty
And then to find out there in Hong Kong if you want to return how much would that cost no wonder they don’t get in touch will look where sellers are based from now on
Informed Klarna I wanted to cancel but they were no help I would have to get hold of them but they would help if item does not turn up

As soon as I had placed the order, I contacted the company to apologise for my error and requested a refund. Each time I received a standard reply
("they would respond asap").
I eventually received an email advising the item was out for delivery. I again advised I had cancelled the order and requested a refund. The reply stated they had a returns policy. The item has only come from London, so could easily have been stopped.
I question whether I will ever get a refund :-(

I have ordered an item from them that I have not received a month later, and have had no reply to my emails.

The purchase website is very misleading, I only wanted to purchase skin silver pro, but ended up unknowingly purchasing another 2 products i do not need. The customer service to resolve order cancellation & refund response is slow.
