This is my experience with BreezaMax Qinux.
Unfortunately I bought it but even though I immediately requested to cancel my order, I found out that order cancellations were not possible.
The very light “fan” (I guess, because I didn’t open their package, not even protected for precaution) arrived and when I went to Post.nl to send it back, the address given in their website couldn’t be verified.
I therefore have the product at home and I do not know what to do because even UPS cannot issue a label as “Cablelinker” (the seller, in Hong Kong) does only give a postal address that cannot be verified and no email, phone or name of a person.

Produit non conforme à la publicité: la pub laisse penser que c'edt un climatiseur, c'est simplement un ventilo avec trois positions. Arnaque.

Dit apparaat is gewoon een Ventilatortje meer niet
Retour en Geld terugkrijgen vergeten het maar
Een lesje voor volgende keer vuile boeven.

Waardeloos bedrijf en waardeloos product, je kunt het terug sturen maar de verzendkosten zijn hoger dan de waarde van het product

The product does not match the advertising, and you have to pay the return shipping costs yourself (approximately €43) to Hong Kong.

Max Breeza verkoop is pure oplichterij.
Het apparaat doet niet van wat er over gezegt wordt.
Jammer hoor ik ben er weer ingetrapt.
Dit apparaat de Max Breeza koelt helemaal niets maar blaast als een gewone ventilator warme lucht.
Er zit zelfs amper snelheid op bij stand 3.
Al zal je dit apparaat 1 week achter elkaar laten draaien de temperatuur blijft wat hij is op het moment van het aanzetten van deze Max Breeza.
Dus het gehele filmpje berust op pure onzin en dit noemen wij hier oplichterij.
Wat een verhaal zeg er deugt totaal niets van!
Over het terug kunnen sturen en je geld terug krijgen zal ik maar zwijgen want dit gaat je echt niet lukken want moet terug naar China etc.etc.
Dit alles kost je alleen meer geld en geld terug krijgen gaat echt niet gebeuren.
Deze site zou uit de lucht gehaald moeten worden om zo andere consumenten te kunnen beschermen.
Heb je het filmpje gezien dan niet doen!!
Dit is echte oplichting!
Trap er niet zoals ikzelf en velen die mij voor gingen.

Very disappointing experience – misleading advertising and poor customer service:
I purchased a high-pressure water cleaner based on a promotional video. Unfortunately, the product turns out to absolutely not do what is shown in the video. The advertisement creates expectations that the product does not live up to in practice. It can be described as very misleading.
When I wanted to return the product, I received an email stating that returning it was not necessary, that I could keep the product, and that customer satisfaction was their top priority. It was even confirmed in writing that the purchase amount would be refunded within 8 to 10 days. However, that refund never materialized.
Subsequently, I contacted customer service multiple times. Responses came only after a long time or not at all. Communication is slow, contradictory, and customer service offers no suitable solution.
My advice to other buyers: read the reviews first before ordering anything here. My experience is that, in my case, the product description does not correspond to reality and that the handling of complaints leaves much to be desired.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this seller. See email message from seller below:

Dirty little scammers my father got done dirty by these bastards I beg if you see this review don't but from this company.

THe product - BreezaMax does not work. It does not even come close to the advertisement. Have tried to go thru the website to setup a return, Absolutely no response. In making a phone call, it does not allow for making a claim/return. MY conclusion is this company is bogus, if not get in touch with me. Otherwise it is time for the Better Business Bureau and a social media campaign.

Niet bestellen daar!! Je krijgt niet wat ze zeggen dat het is. Retourneren moet naar Hong Kong!!! Lijkt een bedrijf in Frankrijk. Afzetters en oplichters.

The ordering process is set-up so it adds on product or service. We have emailed them twice to cancel ad have had no response and will initiate a chargeback .

Right I order a so called Aircon unit, for £86 pounds had no email confirmation, so tried to cancel it, no it's gone out! I was so angry I looked at reviews on here! OMG 😲 SHOCKING, SO I got on to my bank said I've been scammed, told them to look at the company reviews etc, the item came what the bloody he'll a tiny fan all cost worth of a fiver, I emailed and emailed, they told me to keep it and get 20% off, I thought this is all I'm getting i got on to my bank for up date, they said still dealing with it, Great news I had a full payment from the company, because of the bank, well done Santander 👏, 👏 now the company have ask me to return it, Joke sorry you caused me so much stress!!! I'm in a Wheelchair, the poor people on here you've ripped off! Your a disgrace of a company!!!! Please all go through your bank for assistance in getting your money back plus Santander gave me a £30 good will jester! Ty, do not give up or you can message me for help!!! STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

I have been on hold on a return for 2 weeks since they made contact but it took nearly 2 weeks to respond to the request. Still do not know when they will get the process underway. Would not do business with them again.

I just throw 500 dk out of window totally bad product

I ordered a Aquoxis power wash gun which I promptly returned. It was nothing more than a glorified spray gun that could be purchased from any hardware store. Their was no exceptional power in the gun and when I returned the product "following the instructions to a T", the office refused the return. All this after multiple emails. This product is a scam and all I can say is buyer beware.

Like so many I have fallen for a scam. I purchased two Polar Breeze units at a total cost of £136. They were delivered a short while ago. The advert depicted a coil inside the fan gathering frost as it operated. It implied you would get refrigerated air. That’s a lie in every sense of the word. What you get is a basic and fairly expensive small cylinder fan

Does not cool at all. It's simply a fan that blows warm air.

My own fault I should have read the reviews - they say it all - I wouldn't even give them one star rating!
