Bathing suits are really nice quality!! Love them. I would have given 5 stars, but shipping took forever, and not because of the postal service. A shipping label was created, but it took them a while to actually send it. Once it arrived at the postal facility, it shipped quickly!

Sizes run very large
Have always had great success with the quality and sizing on all my previous orders. Unfortunately, the sizing has changed greatly. The bottoms on all the bikinis are very large, more like medium to large, not the size small that I ordered. Therefore I am stuck with 4 out of 5 bathing suits that I can not wear. Would never have ordered that many, had I known you changed the sizing and do not take returns. Not happy to be out a fair amount of money, not to mention no wearable suits!

Regarding sizing, most of our swimsuits are designed to be true to size. We recommend referring to the “Size Guide” on each product page, which provides detailed measurements to help ensure a better fit. If you are ever unsure about sizing, our customer service team is always happy to provide guidance before purchase. Please also rest assured that our design and production teams work continuously to align our sizing with the size chart, which is developed based on standard body measurements.
Regarding returns, we accept items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery, except for products that are clearly marked as non-returnable on the website.

I was specifically looking for bottoms that were not very high cut and tops that provided coverage. Took a bit of searching but I found the set and couldn’t be happier with the fit and colours.
I wish the shop had rash guards not just beachwear

Items actually fit! So true to size. Happy with fabric quality too.
Delivered on time, and they rang the doorbell. Only thing is, they should wait for package to be indoors though, to avoid theft.

Poor return policy
It says free returns but you still lose money for the shipping costs. So it’s not 100% free. And I sent my returns back and they said they never received them so I didn’t even get my refund in the end. I got an email saying my shipping label is going to expire 1 week AFTER I sent the items back.

Regarding your refund, our system usually processes refunds automatically once returned packages are received. In your case, the return label had expired on 2/14, and the items were sent back after the label’s expiration. Because of this, the system was unable to track the return label and could not issue a refund automatically.

After reading on the website that items might fit on the small size I ordered a size up. Everything fit great and looked amazing. I was so happy because you just never know when you purchase online. I will order again for my next vacation.
