We installed Acrovyn Rub Strips in a pediatric office we constructed. The product didn't stick to the wall. We have recently sent guys back for the fourth time to reinstall it. We have basically reinstalled the entire building. We reached out to Acrovyn about it and they did nothing. They sent us a gallon of the glue that didn't work in the first place. We've had to scrape the product clean and use a different adhesive
We now use INPRO products. You can buy them without a sales rep and they work much better and cost less. We've not had any call backs from customers.

We are a construction company and we are trying to reach out to CS to get Acrovyn products. I left 3 voicemails and they never get back to me. I try to call them every day and I am on hold and it goes to voicemails which they never look at.

We ordered material for a hospital and it is being delayed by 22 days. At this time, we're just recommending alternate manufacturers. They used to be good but I am not sure whats changed.

Terrible products and services, terrible place to work. Horrible treatment of employees, lay off all the time. Customer not focused as they claim. Financial only focused

I have always had excellent service from Construction Specialties. I have placed orders with them many times. Every time I call my sales rep for a quote, I can be assured it will be sent back to me quickly. When I place my orders they do a great job keeping you informed of when the delivery will come and deliveries always come in a reasonable time. My sales rep is always pleasant and never pushy. She will even call and check in after the orders arrive to make sure we are happy with everything.

My dealings with CS has been awesome and Chris Loomis is the best. We are new in the health care industry and he has been very helpful there.
