Avoid!!! Deposited £10 told I couldn’t get the free bet as I’ve used it on a sister site 😅 customer service useless, account closed. Fraudulent behaviour from these, avoid!

I don't normally write reviews but do not sign up, profess to be transparent but charge you for deposits and withdrawals also took me ages to get my free bet

The Worst bookers i have ever seen .they charge when you deposit and when you withdraw money .i have never seen that before .i deposited like £1040 and then charged me altogether with withdrawals 90 pound! Its big Scamm .likely i won the bet and i have withdrawn my money straight away but i was really nervous I thought they wont pay me !!! Never again! I guess i will stop gambling because of this experience.

Get charged for depositing and withdrawing, bet prices poor and hard to place a bet. Some horse races nk prices so could not bet so cost me money for nothing. Says withdrawals instant no they are not still not had mine 24 hrs later. Please do not use this site.

Absolutely abysmal website. No welcome/deposit bonus, as promised, and the site is at a practical standstill. I bet there once (with great difficulty), but never again.

Forget about the "welcome offer" no free bet will be credited, they will use the excuse that it's only available once across their network of casinos, even though the T+Cs make no mention of this. Ask them to point out the exact wording that states this and they can't. They charge you to deposit and charge you to withdraw your own money!! How scum like this are allowed to operate is anyone's guess

This is one big con. I placed £10 and was suppose to get £10 "free bet" but when you try to use the £10 "free bet" in the bonus section it doesn't allow us to. They don't make it straightforward. They hope you deposit money and then give up in trying to gain the £10 free bet. Disgusting. Yes website keeps glitching too.

The website lags so badly. Can't log in properly and it buffers for a good minute or two just to view the available games.

Not my device as I have no issue opening another tab and using a different casino site. Phone works fine, apps are fine, it's literally the beezee website lags that badly it freezes.

They only pay out on 2 places in 8 horse races and are the only betting site i know that also charge you to deposit and to withdraw also you can not bet on every race at a meeting some are excluded and no american racing also the site itself is very slow and freezes a lot saying they are useless would be unfair to people who are you because this site is more than useless.

I wasn't given the new customer bonus (I'd deposited £100 so didn't get the £100 or any free spins) then was told I couldn't have it because I'd won some money and requested a withdrawal, the time it takes to withdraw funds is a joke (days) you have to provide alot of documents to verify yourself, the site itself is ridiculously slow and on top of that they charge fees to both deposit and withdraw.

I don’t know if was a bad day for the site or a different work force but after leaving my previous comment I decided to play out the funds I had left which there was no problems at all with the site actually enjoyed it, and I have since made withdrawals which were very quick with no issues,

Hopefully it’s changed days for the site

Half the markets are closed and won’t accept bets! Is a Saturday, and all the races on ITV are locked for betting, speak to agent on chat and they are useless and keep repeating themselves “only open market are available to bet on” what use is that

THEY DO NOT EVEN HOLD A GAMING/GAMBLING LICENCE. THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS AND STEAL YOUR MONEY.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. The worst bookmaker, and if someone want to sign up for it will be regret it. I spent more time with customer service than playing, and on top of that, the withdrawal took about 20 days. If you use Visa/Mastercard, there are additional charges. I regret having any dealings with such an unreliable company
