Made 5 separate withdrawals on Friday 26th totalling nearly £2,000 and they still have not been approved. Furthermore I have been lied to on their live chat numerous times by being promised they would be done by the end of the day and they obviously haven’t been, I’d avoid as not worth the hassle of waiting when in this day and age pretty much every online bookie can process withdrawals straight away

Awful - won 50£ and upon withdrawal they have sent the funds to a closed account since they don’t allow you to change withdrawal methods. Chase this up for weeks and kept saying I have to wait! Wait for what? Because the bank said they reversed the transaction back straight away! But breeder refuses to credit the 50£back to my gaming account. They sent an email saying the transaction would be reversed but weeks has passed and nothing. Everytime I reach customer service they are awful and unhelpful and rude.

Barely a 1*. Virtually unusable on phone. On laptop it is useable but takes that long to put bets on there often change odds then it is impossible to bet. Singles are generally ok. So many bugs it is untrue. By far the worst site i have ever used.

Whatever you do don't sign up with this company, their website is glitchy, and they charge you to put money in and take money out! There are hundreds of better betting companies out there, with better odds, better offers and don't charge to deposit and to withdraw so if you're looking to have a flutter on the Grand National don't go with Bzeebet, in one word, awful.

Terrible site guys stay clear. I deposited 50 euro and the markets for all horse racing events are closed. Went on chat and was told markets are closed and to wait and hopefully they will open again. Won't let me withdraw the 50 now either STAY CLEAR

Deposited £10 with this company only to find they charge you for the privilege, decided to withdraw straight away only to find that they charge you for that as well. Still waiting for my money, told it will be at least 5 days because it's Easter weekend.

My bet won 18.20 but they refused to pay out. I had to send them copies of my passport, photo driving licence, debit card (both sides, but with some details marked out as I was not sure about giving them all the information) A photo of me holding my driving licence. I also sent them a scan of my passport. But they said they can't except scans only photos. So I photographed the documents and they still said they were scans and refused to pay.

I claimed the welcome bonus of Bet £10 Get a £10 free bet and it was successful, the customer support is honestly not what i expected, responses in under a minute and super helpful. However, there is a 2.5% tax on deposits and withdrawals?? Received my withdrawal but took 2 days. This is why i will not be using again, the website isn't the fastest and the sports markets aren't the greatest.

Would not recommend them as so many more better companies out there.

1. If depositing or withdrawing my debit card they charge a fee but free if you do bank transfer.
2. Tried to withdraw £10 to test the system and it’s been over 24 hours and still pending so a really slow system and I reckon in another 24 hours they probably ask me to send my verification documents and then probably take another 24-48 hours for them to verify those.
3. Certain bets will go to a trader for verification and they will either accept or reject the bets but there is where it goes in there favour as there is no way for you to cancel the bet while it’s waiting for verification so if there is a goal or wicket that goes against your favour they will accept the bet so basically you have just bet on an outcome which was already decided but if the bet was to go in your favour they will reject it so be careful of this.
4. Also there is no cash out option for any bets you place.
5. The free £10 bet they offer you can only redeem that if you place a bet of £10 or more on odds of evens or more so be careful of that.

I probably wouldn’t recommend them unless your really desperate to gamble as they let you open an account without any deposit limits so you can go ahead and deposit and gamble thousands of pounds if you want but withdrawing that money if you win might be another problem you probably encounter.

Had a couple of £5 free bets wouldn’t allow me to place them contacted customer service by email still couldn’t place them tried to email them again been blocked, had the same with the free spins on the casino complete con

Made an account literally last night , deposited roughly £100 won over £500 and withdrew it. Was abit sceptical after reading these reviews lol. Money has arrived in my account , use instant bank transfer as payment method. I’ve had no problems with verification, they automatically verified me and like I said paid me just 12 hours after my withdrawal. Get the feeling the people writing the bad reviews are on gamstop or are just being difficult. Website could do with abit of an upgrade as it’s quite slow but once your in a game it’s fine. Bad company. they wait for you to deposit money and bring a bunch of tactics like they need more documents and all nonsense before you can withdraw. Turning you in circles until you get fed up. Stay away from these scammers.
