Cheaply made. The zipper was broke when it arrived. I guess you get what you pay for. Very disappointing.

both items arrived DIRTY....disgusting and overpriced poor quality bags....the package has a NYC return address, however, they force you to return it to Australia which is cost prohibitive....DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY....GO TO AMAZON WHICH HAS BETTER RETURN POLICY!!!!!!

Nothing like what I saw advertised in terms of what looked to be good size and OK quality. Quality is shocking and straps look like they will snap. Doesn't fit my Samsung which I admit is the newer bigger phone but seriously?! Can't be bothered with the hassle of sending back and wouldn't insult someone by gifting them so they are heading for the bin. I did respond to one of my multiple e-mails but as soon as I queried quality, before receiving them, the e-mails stopped - funny that! A shame as they looked great.

I ordered two bags on a buy one get one free offer, supposedly these bags hold every type of mobile phone. Well it does not fit a Samsung galaxy A12. As the bags were also poor quality, with the writing on both of the bags winky I decided to return. On looking up the returns policy it stated all items purchased on sale are non refundable. I emailed customer services but no response! Very disappointed

I love the wallets purses. It's just what I wanted. It fits my galaxyS20FE 5G perfectly that is what I want when going out. I don't have to walk with my phone in my hand.

Just received my overpriced 2for 1 bags. First off, stamped on front, “orininally from Korea”. Who wants that on the front of their purse? Took over 3 weeks to arrive and was constantly emailed about the progress of the parcel arriving. Item is definitely not worth $50.00 but don’t want the hassle of sending it back on my coin. Wished I had read these reviews before ordering. Should know to stay away from Facebook orders.

I ordered bag to hold my phone, credit card and passport.
Only thing that fitted in it was credit card!
When I asked for return details was told it had to be sent to Australia!!
Funny how it arrived here in 4 days...
Avoid, save your money, buy from someone honest.

It is now 21 days since they took the money from my bank account. They say they have tried to deliver once but there was a problem with the address....rubbish! I doubt I will ever see this product, the tracking information says it hasn't been dispatched yet. DO NOT ORDER unless you are prepared to throw cash away!

Nice looking bags, good quality pity you can't get anything in them! I needed something where my phone was handy, this was very handy for thieves, as pocket only took half of my Samsung A21s phone the rest was well above the top of bag. Wish I hadn't bothered and I will not be paying to send back to Australia

Bought a wallet for my Samsung Galaxy - ad says fits all mobile phones, and comments on Facebook from byselena confirm it fits the Galaxy. Well it doesn't, and they now expect me to return it - tracked - at my own expense. They delete all negative comments from their Facebook ads, and still assure people that the wallet fits all phones. They call themselves byselena.uk and do not make you aware the goods come on a slow boat from Australia. DO NOT USE THEM.

Well after reading all the bad reviews after I ordered my bogof small phone/purse bag, I have been panicking like mad about what to expect to be delivered. My 2 items arrived today a week after ordering and I can’t see a problem with either of them. The zips work the straps are with them and they were well packaged. I dont have anything to do with this company other than paying them for my order and I am extremely happy with what has been delivered

Warum muss ich die Schuhe jetzt nach Australien zurückschicken, wenn Sie Ihre Ware aus China beziehen.
Keine Aufkleber geben es her . Auf dem Paket ist lediglich ein Hermes Aufkleber von Umschlagplatz aus Frankfurt.
Man bekommt keinen orthopädischen Schuhe in Deutschland für 16,- €.
Das nenne ich kundenabzocke!
Aber ich werde keine 30,- € Versandkosten zahlen – die die Ware nicht einmal Wert ist.
Sehr schlechter Umgang mit Kunden. Völlige Abzocke.

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Been fighting for a refund since the 14th of April (a month after my original order) and if it wasn’t for my persistence then they would still have my money! Wish I had looked at the reviews before I had purchased anything. Think they were hoping I’d have forgot about it but not when they are with holding £50 of my own money! AVOID!!

Do not use. Poor quality goods, very unhelpful and obstructive customer service. It's taken me five days to get a returns address - 27/40 South Beach Promenade, 6162 South Fremantle, Perth WA, AUSTRALIA. The cost of the postage is more than the cost of the bags.SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

Ordered a dark pink wallet bag and when it arrived it was very pale pink like there pale pink bag but have been told it is correct.
Load of rubbish AVOID AVOID AVOID this rubbish supplier !!!

Delivery from China

I have a phone similar to iPhone MAX. The phone doesn't fit inside the wallet. When asking for a refund I was asked to pay for my items to be sent to AUSTRALIA from the UK. Absolutely ridiculous and BAD Customer service.
