Like an idiot I purchased 5 pairs of shoes, The advertised Orthopedic Leather shoes arrived with plastic uppers and plastic soles. The worst shoes I have ever seen, These are completely unwearable and would wreak anyones feet! They are only good for the bin! A total rip off $400 wasted! Reported to my bank as a scam, but no come back as yet. I was offered 50% refund once I return the products to them at my expense, which would have cost the remaining 50% SCAM!!! I am disgusted at this industry! I am totally losing trust in online shopping. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Scam, this company lets you believe they are in Sydney Australia-photos of the products look fabulous until you receive them from China. Cheap, unpackaged and ultimately the wrong size. I paid $79.95 and returned them at my own expense. It took 4 different post offices in Australia to be able to get the package sent to China with the lengthy address and no phone number. I haven't heard from them in weeks and my hope has dwindled from getting a refund to feeling pretty angry that over $100 has gone and that companies can scam innocent shoppers and keep advertising on line. Take heed, do not shop at Fiona & Co

I ordered two pairs of shoes, but unfortunately neither pair fit. I returned them at my own expense, paying a significant postage fee, only to receive the wrong colour replacement.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company and would not purchase from them again. Delivery times are slow, customer service responses take a long time, and my most recent request regarding the incorrect colour has gone unanswered for several days.
Overall, the return process was costly, communication was poor, and the issue remains unresolved.

Hi, the quality of the shoes & garments i bought is very poor and cheap.
The clothes look lovely in their pictures. This is very misleading. Terrible, terrible, cheap and nasty but over prized!
I wish i had read reviews before i ordered.
Lesson learnt.

I ordered a pair of shoes, bad packaging, wrong sizing and the making is so sub standard. I asked for a refund and they said they would send me a bigger size but I had to pay shipping which I have already paid. The price was aus $79.95 thinking it was a Australian Co as advertised but no it was a China Co. The qlty of shoes you wouldn't pay anymore than $10 aus. But then again you wouldn't pay that when they don't fit.

What a scam!,, I’m sooo upset the products look so good on the site …BUT they are sooo disappointing when you get them…to spend money that is hard to come by these days & get rubbish…I’m beyond devastated with no recall of getting my money back!!!!SCAMMERS EVERYWHERE THESE DAYS!,,

The shoes were advertised as suitable for wide feet, they are not.
They were also advertised as leather, they are not.
This company is tricking people with false imaging and wording and then refusing to refund when you complain about the product.
Do not buy from Fiona and Co. They are scammers.

I saw and clicked on an ad for Fiona & Co on Facebook marketplace. They advised themselves as a Sydney based company that has been in business for decade. I fell for the spiel and purchased from this company 2 dresses, that were supposed to have embroidery on them, and a pair of green "orthopedic" soft leather shoes. Unfortunately, I didn't review the company further until I had paid for the items. What initially made me suspicious was the fact that on my credit card statement, my money went to a company called "Seta service" and I was charged a foreign fee on the purchase. I discovered that this was a company based in China, and when I tracked the order it was confirmed that it was being shipped from China. I immediately emailed the company and told them to cancel my order but was told that wasn't possible as it was already in shipping, which according to the tracking it didn't leave the warehouse for 10 days, so that was a lie as I had emailed to cancel only a few hours after placing the order.
What eventually arrived from China, some 18 days later, were 2 ugly printed dresses made of polyester and no embroidery at all on them. They smelled funky too. Also the shoes were a hard plastic with some type of material over them that the seller is trying to say is vegan leather. I have some items that are vegan leather and these shoes are NOT vegan leather. Also, the sole of the shoe is plastic and definitely not orthopedic. I contacted the seller and she is trying to get me to exchange the items for something else. I had already looked at the items on their website and only wanted the 2 embroidered dresses and the leather shoes I had ordered, so I don't want an exchange and because they have been dishonest I don't wish to purchase from thm anymore anyway! I told her I want ALL of my money refunded or I will go through PayPal for the refund. She hasn't replied again. Definitely not an Australian company, and the quality of the items are rubbish. Definitely not high quality as they have advised. I would rather buy through Temu. At least you can return things easily though Temu if the quality isn't up to scratch. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

There is not a return address on my product. They don’t fit and they are not the quality product that I saw in the image. I have been ‘had’ by this company don’t buy Fiona and Co

The barcode doesn’t work

THIS IS A SCAM. The quality of the goods is worse than Temu and Shein yet they imply that they are quality goods that are on sale. This is a lie. They will not refund your money even though their website says they will. They are not in Australia. If you have been scammed by them could you please report them to Facebook, PayPal and anywhere else you think might be appropriate. Also if you could do as many negative comments as possible on their social media we might at least save someone else from being scammed.

Received shoes after seversl weeks. Claim to be high quality rrp $300+ reduced to $79.95. Asked if they were leather - no reply. Item received without box. This is unheard of for a product suppose to be over $300. The namd FionaCo is no anywhere on the shoe. Name underneath reads Dahongma Fashion. Don’t waste your money.

This FIONA&CO is a scam, they front as a quality supplier but their goods are low grade not even as good as Temu or Shein. They pretend their footwear I are worth $300-400 but they give huge discounts. It is all lies, the shoes are absolute rubbish! I have purchased footwear from Shein and Temu and their quality was far better, so goodness knows who is manufacturing their goods. Be warned HUGE SCAMMING RIP OFF COMPANY!! Do not buy anything from this company. I purchased all my items on sale and when they were cheap , too big or wrong size I was refused any refund. On top of that i had to pay $70 to send the items back to China. I purchased from this site as it has an Australian company in Sydney. Was given a number to call 02 95191935. The number has been disconnected yet Fionna and Co insists customers use it all the time. Poor quality clothing, plastic shoes all over priced and not Australian company. Don’t buy

Total scammers! Ordered a pair of shoes from this supposedly "Australian business", which arrived in a dirty plastic bag in my letter box. No box, no invoice. The shoes are a terribly, cheap, vinyl copy of what is shown on the website, which I've paid $75 for. Called the mobile number on the bag, which belongs to a gentleman that has nothing to do with the 'store'. Wrote them an email requesting a refund, which was denied (this is illegal). Offered a $30 discount off another purchase, or for me to return the product at my own cost, and then they'd give me a refund (which I know wouldn't happen). Clearly scammers from China with a slick-looking website, full of AI-generated images, selling absolute garbage they've obviously purchased from Temu, stealing people's money. Do not buy from these scammers. Have reported to the ACCC and PayPal

I ordered a pair of sneakers advertised as orthopedic in a tan colour and they claimed they were on special for $80 from original price of $200. When the shoes came they were just a very cheap copy of what was pictured in the advertisement, the inside was very flat no support at all the were nothing like the advertisement claimed. I contacted them regarding my disappointment and demanded a refund and also said I don’t want to return postage, they wrote back that they don’t offer refund on sale items and offered me $20 or $ 30 dollars of next purchase, I wrote back and said that is totally unacceptable and still want my money back and also explained as they sell to Australian customers there is a level of law they have to follow, our consumer law states if the item or product purchased is not fit for the purpose it was purchased for refund has to be given regardless of price, reduced or not. I’m very disappointed with the whole experience and because I have issue with my feet this was purchased for a specific purpose to support me when walking, as well as when I tried them on one of the little toggles came off. I feel that the picture of the sneakers in the ad is original but what we the customers get is a cheaper version- copy of it. I did tell the that I will give them a very negative review as the whole experience has me very angry and upset.

Bought a pair of “Australian quality leather shoes down from $300 ish to $100”. What I got was a ceap pair of ugly vinyl shoes wrapped in plastic from China wirrth $5 . DO NOT BYY FDOM Fiona & Co - SCAMMERS.
