Bad experience with this company, nothing positive to say about them. Do not buy their products you will be disappointed. As for buy one get one free, l don't want one, let alone 2 of these bags. Impossible to get a refund , this is fraudulent selling . Bag one started peeling plastic after a week's use, didn't bother to undo the second.cannot get a return address apart from posting to Australia, utter rip off !!!!!!

I ordered the original clutch wallet with the buy one get one free without checking out the reviews!
Checked on Trustpilot, realised my mistake. I emailed byselena and Ecom Waves Group PTY Ltd and requested a refund. I've just received a note from PayPal to inform me that my refund has been received.
I hope the company learns not to sell inferior products otherwise people will instigate proceedings to get their money back!

I bought 2 wallets from this company (buy one get one free). They are of very poor quality with a wonky stamped label on the front. When I requested information on how to get a refund (no paperwork came with the parcel) I was fobbed off with two emails asking why I wanted a refund. I had already explained my reason to them ie poor quality. Their third reply was that either I could POST MY PARCEL TO AUSTRALIA! Really?! From the UK. They have a UK email address plus a UK gov registered land address. OR, they said they would give a 15% refund and I could keep the package. NO CHANCE. The company have a legal obligation to refund the money, as it was an online purchase. Look at the amount of Trust Pilot poor reviews. UPDATE . . . The company have said that they have now refunded me. Hopefully, this is the case.

I saw the 2 for 1 offer and, thinking it was a good deal for a bag from a great company (Mia Tui) I’ve used before, I ordered yesterday, then immediately thought I had probably fallen for a con (memo to self: always check carefully before ordering anything from a Facebook ad!). I tried to cancel the payment on PayPal but couldn’t see how to and sent a message to the company asking them to cancel. I wasn’t expecting a reply but had one very quickly plus a receipt from PayPal for the cancelled payment. Hence, two stars, not a review for the product as I can’t comment on that but realise the quality would unlikely be as good as the much more expensive Mia Tui bags and I did get my money back quickly.

Ordered 4 for the Ladies in my life , on arrival found the phone compartment is too small for the phones they have ( Samsung 15 ) their Ads clearly state will fit any size phone

These people are scroundrels. The bags finally arrived about 3 weeks after ordering. Complete rubbish smaller that all their reviews (which have to be fake) are saying and the quality is very very poor. The strap on mine broke within 2 hours of using with no phone in it just my cards and some money. Luckily the person behind me saw it sliding of me and alerted me. I would have lost my cards and money has she not. No response from them obviously. Do not buy these crap bags. Trading standard should take a look at them assuming they are even a legitimate co.

I wish I had read these reviews and not the ones on facebook. My phone doesn't fit and the compartments are so small so I cannot use the 2 that I bought at all.
Of course, they cover themselves with 'no refunds on sale items'
What a waste of money!!

I paid for two clutch bags and tracked them it said they were delivered on the 24th of November I have not received them and they have not responded to my email beware do not order from them

I'D GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. TAKEN MY MONEY BUT NO PRODUCTS. THEY ARE A CON. AND LOOKING ON AMAZON THESE ARE CHEAPER THAN THE 'SALE' PRICE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

BUYER BEWARE BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS SITE. I wish I had researched more before buying clutch bags on the buy one get one free sale deal. Although the bags arrived within the time frame they are of very poor quality and the phone compartment is too small. I have a Samsung A34 but I doubt very few mobiles would fit into it. They were purchased to give as Christmas presents but I would not feel happy about giving this poor quality item to anyone else and, as they were supposedly sale items, I am unable to get a refund! I would hazard a guess that they are always on sale!
I have never placed a negative review for any company before but I do not want anyone wasting their hard earned cash as I have done.

Ordered 2 bags as Christmas presents. When the order was confirmed they said unable to guarantee Christmas delivery. I have emailed them 3 times but have got no reply!!! I guess I have lost my money, at the time of year I can least afford it!!

Does this company exist? I've ordered something, got a confirmation email but I am unable to use tracking number or contact them by email ,HELP!!!

I should have read the reviews first...unfortunately read after I'd ordered. Invoice says delivery different to previous order pages..3-5 days became 8-20 days. The order form did not show that there would be two delivered so I emailed them...email address bounces back.
Fortunately they hadn't asked for the money through the banking system, so my bank suggested I cancel my card so they can't take the money. How can this company keep selling such shoddy products? The advert showed what looked like a good product....beware.

The wallet is of poor quality. The straps broke after 4 months of use and Selena the Label does not guarantee the product but 30 days.

Wish I would have read reviews first!!! They state they are US based company BUT, if you want to return it item goes to Australia on your money. They also state 100% guaranteed satisfaction. NOPE!! Beware!!!!

I wish I could give it zero stars. $18 to return =is more than the item and its BOGO are worth combined. Just look carefully at the stamped "Forever Lovely" label on the bag. It's hideous. The zippers are terrible quality. The bag is too small for my phone. I will save this for the holiday season and donate it to a child to play with as a dress-up toy. I wish I had read the reviews.

This product is inferior and I am very disappointed. I requested a full refund. I should have read the reviews before making the purchases.

Purchase the buy 1 get one free and the quality is terrible! When you look up how to return they say you cannot because it’s considered the spring sale and even though it didn’t say it on the order page now they say it’s a final sale!
