Both customer service representatives Kayla and Rachel have been absolutely professional, nice, product knowledgeable — I spent a long time on the phone with both of them on several days and ended up ordering two guns plus accessories, both myself and Dr Milan
In today’s world, rather today’s labor force, to have employees of this caliber is wonderful.
They definitely merit recognition!

Rachel was amazing
Rachel was amazing! She was incredibly patient with all my questions. She gave me thoughtful recommendations for another order for my Byrna SD launcher. Including the full size target and extra kinetic rounds for practice AND use! How cool! She was very knowledgeable, kind and I could understand her (unlike so many customer service professionals now adays). Very efficient as well. I just can't say enough about how great she was with this potentially complicated process.
