Absolutely shocking.

I purchased items back in April/ May. Received one dress in May. And well.. the quality was disgraceful. I have contacted them MULTIPLE times to arrange return of my first item and nothing! it’s something you order on line and laugh when it turns up, thinking it’s from wish as the products are that bad.

Still NO item
No return
No refund
No communication or updates

Scam! Do not waste your money here.

Very unimpressed with this company. I wish I had researched them a bit before ordering. Ordered two dresses on 3rd July, only one has arrived (and only arrived on 7th August) and the quality is absolutely appalling. I thought they were a UK-based company, but the items were posted from China. The dresses looked high quality on the website but the material is cheap, flimsy and see-through.
Returns are done via email, I have not had a response from them and I doubt I will get my money back or see the second dress.
AVOID.

Simply awful. They never responded to my emails about the shippment. I am still waiting for my items that I ordered a month ago. Also, I ordered 1+1 free item, the second item is never even sent. Shame on you, you need to be closed!

Oh my G! The reviews are all insane. I was lucky that i ordered only 1 item that cost around 25€ as i want to try the credibility of this small business. It has been a week and no order shipping tracking has been sent to me. I sent them an email askjng for a follow up and the last email today to give me back my 25€ money. Peeps if you are reading this stop supporting that small cheap business until they close down. Business like this does not deserve any single customers.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been hands down the most infuriating and disappointing experience I’ve ever had with any company, ever.

I placed an order and not only has it STILL not arrived, but the complete lack of communication is just insulting. No updates, no tracking, no apology—nothing. It’s like my order vanished into a black hole and the company simply does not care.

Customer service? A joke. Reaching out for help feels like shouting into a void. They either don’t respond or give copy-paste nonsense that doesn’t resolve anything.

This company is disorganized, unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t value its customers at all. Save yourself the frustration and take your money elsewhere. I honestly regret ever ordering from here.

Sent several emails bought two dresses no response and items never arrived. SCAM company, do not buy from here they are making a killing with taking peoples hard earned money and not sending items- AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Nog niet eens één ster waard, aangezien ik nooit iets ontvangen heb 🤣 Deze site is een grote scam, ik had gewild dat ik de recensies beter gelezen had en mijn geld niet aan deze oplichters had verspild… Ik heb 2 jurken besteld met de 1+1 actie, maar dit nooit ontvangen of iets te horen gekregen vanuit dit bedrijf (1,5 maand geleden besteld). Niet bestellen bij BYND Fashion!!! 🙏🏼

If I could give less stars I would, this is a scam company, they take your money and don’t send the item, several emails ignored, I logged a fraud case with my bank. How is the company allowed to carry on trading and scamming people!!!

I ordered the BOGO dresses from this company and saw reviews regarding them 2 hours after i ordered. I have emailed 3 times to try and cancel my order and receive a refund and have not heard a word back. I know that i can technically take them to small claims court and they've pissed me off enough that i just might...

Worst customer service ever! Promised to deliver items in 10 days, it has been over a month and no items have been delivered! Asked for a refund only to be lied and told the order was shipped on the 25 of June, still no order to be seen, avoid like the plague!!!!

Got the Buy1-Get1 free but it was totally a lie. Got only one of the dresses I purchase, the quality wasn't even close to what appears on the website; when contacting customer service several times, I kept getting the same automatic response, a total joke and disrespect to people who trust and support this business.

Scam website! They do not respond to you. The buy one get one free offer is not even a thing that is legit! Please do not waste your money on this scam website!

My "buy one get one free" order ,which included two Celine Corset Midi Dresses, came in late and wrong. Not only did I receive only one dress, but the quality pictured on their website doesn't reflect reality at all! Save your money and go spend it somewhere else
