I Never Received An Tracking Number, I emailed the Company Several times, I never
Received a Response. Customer Service Is The Worse I Ever Experienced. Tried to get an
Refund, again No Response, I will and Not Recommend This Company.

I have been a loyal BYLT customer for a very long time because the product is top quality and it’s only eclipsed by the customer service. I strongly recommend this Brand.

I received my order after multiple emails and was finally able to connect with someone of power via FB messenger. I updated my review as they did finally ship my product. It just took many weeks

I received a notice that an order for me was delivered to the wrong address. I used their websites online chat to quickly explain the situation and within 10 minutes, they had reviewed the situation internally and resolved that the shipping company had reused a previous tracking number and assured me there was no issue. Fast and thorough response was appreciated.

Been a long time customer but customer service is non-existent. Ordered a product several weeks ago and it hasnt shipped. The AI bot just says its looking into it and thats that.

Company is cheaping out on having real people investigate issues. Horrible.

I had A problem with my order I reached out by email and Jan had contacted me and assure me that there was no problem she made me feel relived and she was right Bylt is on top of its game with there gear & customer service I will always wear Bylt.

I have loved this brand for years! So much so that it’s basically my entire wardrobe. Unfortunately, my last order was either delivered to the wrong person or not at all because I didn’t receive it. However I did have an excellent experience with Carol, being able to help me get to the bottom of it and be able to make it right. Ultimately, though what I had ordered was no longer available, I was able to receive credit for my purchases to make new purchases. Very thankful for Carols help.

Scam website . Order never dispatched two weeks after ordering. Have emailed and got no reply. No response on live chat. Doom loop on Shopify trying to track the order.

I have been a customer of your product for years, maybe as far back as 2021 and I don't what the hell is going on and what changes your company has recently made, but I am having the WORST experience (Still pending) that I've ever had with your company.
I paid extra for 2 day shipping, today is the 4th day and I still have not received my package. When I try to track the package from your website, it directs me to the Shop App, which then asks me to enter my email so it can send me a verification pin/code...When I enter the code it redirects/loops me to the start again, to email so they can send me a code/pin, do it again and again it loops to the beginning.
I reached out to your Customer Service via chat because there is no Customer Service phone number on your site and they shared a UPS tracking link which for the life of me I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THAT LINK CANNOT BE ON YOUR WEBSITE TO BEGIN WITH...But UPS's site just says a label has been created even as if today 08/14/26 and the order was placed on 08/10/26.
I tried to follow up the next day and no one is responding to my chats including your "AI" chat bot.
I sent 3 emails via your email option from your website and no one has responded. I found a phone number that might be your customer service number via the internet, but no one answers.
You have the crappiest customer service setup and you may lose a returning customer for years due to this.

Some of my favourite shirts in my closet, but what a difference a couple years makes...

Ordered the same size as the shirts I still have that fit great. Arrived and the sizing had changed, the new ones were too small. So I completed the return process, and after some pretty hefty return fees, my refund was less than 2/3 of the original cost. Spoke with a bumbling customer service rep about this to no avail, and reordered the shirts in a larger size.

But overall, no transparency about the shift in sizing, and bought 3 shirts, ended up paying equivalent of 4 after going through their extremely arduous, unforgiving return policy. I mean, for a DTC clothing company with no brick and mortar stores in Canada that has changed sizing, at least offer free returns.

Sour taste in my mouth and likely won't order from them again.

Love the quality and fit of the shirt....have tried several different brands that claim to be of high quality only to be dissapointed. Have also had great experience with service after the sell when I ordered wrong item...team (Pat) was super helpful with switching out incorrect shirts for ones I wanted. Already on my 4th order
