Huge fan of the products and the service!!

I purchased several pairs of shorts a few months ago but hadn’t worn them. While packing for a golf trip, I noticed a small hole in one of the pairs. BYLT is replacing them even though it is beyond the return timeframe. I really appreciate the excellent customer service.

there was nothing they can do. either the fabric changed or the factory mis-sized garments or both
$7 return fee on unwearable pants... good bye

I have placed quite a few orders with BYLT and all of them have been exactly what i wanted. I have polos, t shirts, and joggers from them. recently i loaded up on my default Tshirt collection of the summer and put the wrong adress, they were able to fix the mistake in record time.

I purchased two pair of Everyday Pants 2.0 in the long length. Those were too long, so I exchanged both for the regular length. Those fit very well but after washing (according to the care instructions), they shrunk. I was miffed but didn't follow-up until after 30 days (because I didn't wear or wash them prior to then). I fumed for a bit but decided to let them know that the product didn't perform as stated, expecting only a "thank you for letting us know" response.
to my surprise, and delight, the agent, Merci, offered an exchange or store credit! That made me happy and put Bylt on my good company list :)

Bought a pair of Bylt everyday pants and now have 6 pairs. The Mens flex briefs are the best I have tried. Customer service responded to my emails immediately and made sure I was satisfied.

Huge fan of BYLT, pretty much the only place I consistently shop for all my clothes. Customer service is top notch and they constantly have deals. Highly recommend to any beefier guys as well, clothes fit perfect and material is great for warm weather.

I’ve been ordering from them for a couple of years now and always have a great experience. Recently there was a mix-up with one of my orders, but their customer service team jumped in right away and made everything easy to resolve. Ordered a shirt that did not arrive in my mailbox. Contacted bylt customer service and they immediately returned an email saying they were looking in to it. I’m hoping they send me a new shirt asap I was hoping to wear it at a wedding I’m going to next week in Cancun, Mexico. Fingers crossed 🤞

The shorts did not fit as expected. When I mentioned this to the company they were very proactive in their responses and extremely helpful in finding a solution. More so than other companies might have been. A nice surprise. Thank you!

10 out of 10! She was super quick to respond. It wasn't just an "autoreply" but an actual human response that references the actual issue. She was also able to apply the "WELCOME20" discount without requiring me to take extra steps. It was easy and Jan made it super quick.
