Bought an eyelash for our daughter for Xmas. 3 months later the same amount of money has come out of our bank account again. No where does it say we signed up to a subscription, no email communication to say this, no where on the profile. No knowledge of signing up to a subscription. This is a complete con and taking money stealthily from people’s bank accounts

I have been using their lash serum for the last 4 weeks and have already seen dramatic results. This might honestly be my favorite product of all time. The team at by babes have clearly put so much time and effort into their products, branding and packaging and I believe they deserve more recognition!!

Been using the lash serum for 2.5 months and my lashes have improved SO much, they were broken and fragile before due to the excessive use of clusters, but now they are so thick and healthy!!!

Had issues with the currier in which parcel was delivered but no product. Emailed My Babes, expecting them to say take it up with the courier. I could not have been more wrong. Megan K took my case, apologised, opened up an investigation and sent out a replacement item free of charge straight away. Thank you so much Megan!!!

this is the best lash serum I have ever used in my life. I have never used a lash serum that actually showed progress within a week. I could not recommend this enough. I have recommended it to all of my friends and family and they absolutely love it.

I have been using the brow serum since they launched it and OMG! best investment ever. My brows are more thicker longer less sparse they are amazing! i would 10000% recommend, i cant say enough good things about ByBabes 💕

Been wanting to try this sort of face mask for a while and been looking between different brands. So glad I chose the ByBabes ones!!😍 The application was so easy and the results speak for themselves, got so many compliments on my skin after one use!

I really wanted to like the lash serum but unfortunately it has made my eyelashes fall out. I had started using it in November and didn't really notice a major change for a while but I just thought I hadn't given it long enough so I carried on using it but about a month ago my eyelashes just started falling out out of nowhere. I haven't used the serum since and they've grown back fine. So disappointed because I really wanted it to work:(

About 6 months ago I bought a lash lift kit and it completely frazzled and ruined my lashes! I practically had none left. 6 months later after using the serum my lashes are up to my eyebrows! Couldn’t recommend more!

I have been using the eyelash serum for around 2 months now and my lashes have doubled in size and thickness, after a lot of trial and error with may other brands and a lot of irritation around the eye area because of said brands, I had given up on my natural lashes and started using clusters again, until I found Lash CEO, it caused me no irritation, doesn’t make the eye area feel oily for hours on end, and shows results quickly, i have never felt so confident with myself before using lash CEO, wether i have a full face a makeup on or bare faced with how long my natural lash’s are I feel amazing all the time.
